Avoid this company - Scammers!!!

I ordered 2 hoodie sets from this company on 30 March for a long haul flight for my daughter and I, I even paid for shipping protection after mixed reviews. By 7th April it was delivered by FedEx to a place in London...I live 400 miles away I Scotland!!!
Emails were ignored, thankfully I used PayPal and got a full refund. On the PayPal investigation they said it had been delivered and I was asked for the refund to be returned even though I could prove the delivery address and phone number were not mine....total scam!!!

Missing hoodie no response…

Hoodie ordered 30th March delivered by FedEx to someone in Slough and signed for I live in Scotland FedEx has no record of my address. Although I was notified. I have contacted Elvina at least 5 times and no response. I did not realise I'd paid by Shoppay and not PayPal so I have no comeback. Disgusted.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. You place your order, pay your money and then never hear from them again. Absolute scammers. There's £31 I'll never get back again.

Never respond to emails even though…

Never respond to emails even though it's says on site usually responds in 24h haven't received item that was ordered and cannot even track it very disappointed
