I looked carefully at the website and read the reviews before I bought anything, but it turned out that pretty much everything I read was lies. They said the company was based in the UK and all the clothes were made in the UK or US.

My 3 items (cost £90) didn’t arrive when I expected so I had to guy and buy another wedding outfit. When the items did arrive a few weeks later they were of terrible quality, had no care instructions or fabric details.

I tried to return the items, they offered me a partial refund to keep them. I explained that the quality and fit were so poor that I wished to return them. We kept arguing back and forth, and they offered to refund 50% but I wanted a complete refund. They gave me a return address in the United Arab Emirates. I paid £20 postage to return the items, but my package was eventually returned to me with no such address.

Do not buy from this company, the quality and fit of the clothing is terrible, and you cannot believe a word they say.

I love the quality of the blouses I bought. It is worth waiting for.

They sent email stating my order had shipped and gave the tracking number. It took almost two weeks for USPS to get package. Please don’t notify clients that order has shipped when in reality it has not been picked up by carrier. It’s very frustrating to track package and you get: no information, only label has been created. It’s misleading your clients.
Your responses to my questions were fast and they kept saying it was the carrier’s fault. It’s difficult to put blame when package has not left your facility when you say it did!

My top arrived in pretty good time. Happy with fit and fabric is comfortable. One thing I would like though is if the clothing was labelled with type of fabric and washing instructions.

Shirts are awesome, love them all. Shipping takes awhile but worth the wait!

I'm very happy with the quality of the shirts that I bought from Elvirea. My order arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. I would definitely order from them again. They have so many beautiful choices that it was difficult to narrow down my selection to only three shirts.

I ordered two tee shirts. The material was gorgeous but they were a tad too small.

The shirts are beautiful. The dress will have to be modified a little but a beautiful summer piece.

The only complaint I have is the support team was a little abrupt. I knew the time limit via reviews. The part that got me was on Shopify; the site stated in transit. It was still waiting to be shipped and not really in transit. I was told by the support team that I should of checked tracking. I was already checking daily and not understanding why the order was not tracking.

I didn’t realize it would take almost 2 months to get my order.
One garment was too big but I liked it_will know next time to order smaller.
One was too low— not sure these are for a mature woman. And one was very cute and the right size

I ordered three tops from elvirea many months ago. The order number is #1465763. I got an e-mail stating that two of the tops were ready but I could wait until the third one was ready. I have never received anything. It is late Augusta and I placed the order in the spring. Please, please get in touch with me.

I liked the shirts I got, so I'm glad for the products. I found you from a Facebook ad. The shopping experience was fine.
