The dress fit is ridiculous, I ordered a XS cause that’s my normal size and the dress is so small can’t even zip it all the way up. Contacted via their website twice and no response. Their return/refund policy on the website literally said you can do a return within 30 days if you don’t like it. I contacted them right after I received the shipment and it’s been over a month, no response. The website also asked you to log into your account but there’s nowhere you could log in! This is a SCAM!

The quality is awful and I waited 21 days for the delivery instead of the expected 3-5 days. I tried to make the return but there is a tiny clause on the website which says that every article in sale is not refundable... the fun fact is that on the website all the articles were on sale!!!

I ordered a dress for a specific occasion and still didn’t receive it, even though they say it takes up to 5-7 business days. I wasted my money considering that I wasn’t able to wear the dress due to their lack of professionalism to meet the shipping terms specified on their website. Im starting to think it’s just a fake website with no real products.

No customer service and poor quality clothing. The jumper I ordered was not as described and really small. I emailed twice to return it and have not had a reply. This was from November. Do not buy. I have since disposed of the jumper.

Placed an order and nearly a month later I have no package. Website states delivery in 1-5 business days. Tracking doesn’t show any information. Emailed customer service, no response. Starting to think it’s a fake site with no actual products.
If you’re reading this Elvoru, my order number is 71363, please give me an update or my money back.

On 13 Nov - I contacted your info@ email to arrange a return as the item is too small even though I ordered a size large (also noting that the actual item looks completely different to the image on your website)
On 16 Nov - I contacted again to arrange a return
On 17 Nov - I received this message from you:
A refund is possible, but please be aware that returning the sweater to our warehouse abroad can be quite expensive. Alternatively, we can offer you a 15% refund if you'd prefer to keep the product.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

On 17 Nov - I asked you how much is it to return the item.
On 30 Nov - I asked you again how much it was to return the item.
Your customer service is appalling - I strongly urge no one to buy from you - items are not as they appear on the website and it is impossible to return anything to you. £31.50 wasted

Item was not the same as in the photo. Looked like good quality online but was extremely poor in person. The colours did not match up at all. Very disappointing.

My boyfriend bought a jumper from Elvuro for me as a gift. Money got taken out of his account but he was never sent a confirmation email or anything. He has a screenshot with an order number but when he puts the order number into the order tracking it says “order number not found”. We have both emailed customer service but no reply. Will we receive the jumper? Or will he get his money back?
