Wondering if I have been fed false information

I placed an order for Hearflex on the 13th July. Their tracking system hasn’t offered any information 10 days in. I asked on their Facebook Ad if they were being delivered from within the EU because the payment, immediately taken, was processed in the UK. Deliveries outside the EU will carry duty and was assured it was delivered from Netherlands. Elvya only send automated emails with promises of a reply that never materialize. Their online contact does not work. It now appears that a Hong Kong Logistics company is involved!!!!!! CHINA!
The FB adverts are full of claims the product is great with dozens of people all responding within minutes of each other!! Be aware
