Ordered two dresses on September 3rd, received a message that the items were shipped on September 15th, status still shows that USPS is still awaiting the package, this is 2023 a horse and pony could have delivered faster, it's absolutely ridiculous! I've emailed the company, crickets. Ordered these items for vacation and a wedding, I leave on Friday, a lot of good this will do me!! STOP BLAMING COVID FOR YOUR FAILURES!!

Horrible customer service! My mom bought two dresses and none fit right. I emailed yesterday to make a return and get the money back, they said sizes can vary a little to just keep the dresses. I wrote back and said no that we want a refund. Now we get another email that they’ll refund $15 and she keeps the dress. What is this??? We just want to refund the dresses and get her $85 back!!!
Please stay away from this company!

Very happy with the clothes and the sizing and care. Took a month to arrive. It got stuck at the border of Canada for a week but once released it came quickly with Canada Post

I ordered 2 dresses. I love one but wanted to return the other. After several emails back and forth, they offered a $22 refund for a $45 dress and I could keep a dress I didn’t want. Because I was liable for the international shipping, I agreed. They never sent my refund. Their customer service is awful! At first they offered me a $9 refund and I eventually got it up to $22 that I never received.

I ordered two dresses, and one is too similar to the other one and does not fit as well. i went on the site immediately which instructed to write to customer service to get an authorization code so that i could return it. i wrote the day after i received it. I have written three notes and have still not received the code.

Dresses are too small and not what I expected. I want to return and get a refund but apparently you need an authorization code which they have not supplied. Have sent three email now to no avail. I'm out over $80. Not reputable. Do not buy from them.

I’ve been trying to return a Dre’s for two weeks now and cannot get any response from this company! The Dress is not what I thought it was going to look like nor fit right! I am not a happy customer!! Will not order from this company again!!

Delivery was prompt with tracking number sent to track parcel. Pleased with the dress. Sizing is true to size.

The dresses came and were one size too small. We contacted the company asking to return them and order the next size up. They offered us $25 and asked us to keep the dresses. What good does that do me? I won't order from this company again.

This company is not trustworthy. I spent $85.00 on dresses which do not fit. Shame on me to not read the return policy closer. They tell everyone they have a good one yet they don’t. They only offered me $14.00 and asked me to keep the dresses. That’s probably how much it cost them to make the dresses that’s how bad they are. SERIOUSLY. The pictures on line are beautiful but not how they are in person. Sizes run way to big. I’m a 6 and got a small,yet the dress is 2x too big. Never again.

Happy, with my purchase. Shipping was a little long but worth it.

I got my order in a reasonable amount of time. I am ordering another dress... Live in South Florida so these will get a lot of use.

It has been 6 weeks since my order was placed with confirmation from Elwya and yet USPS has still not received the package from Elwya for shipment. The order does have a USPS tracking # label. I placed a second order 2 weeks later in mid-March and same issue- package has not yet been received from USPS to ship. I have reached out to Elwya in multiple emails with no response.

This is more of a comment than a review. Return policy is not conducive to online shopping. Love the look of the merchandise , however not being able to return unless it is defective, is difficult . Sometimes style, size do not work. Especially since your site advertises for mature women.

I absolutely love this dress and the way it fits - not to tight and not too baggy. The length is below the knee almost mid calf but I’m only 5’- I like my dresses to my ankles or above the knee and this will be easy to hem. I was also very surprised at how quickly it arrived!
