Evaluating 133 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, finding them ineffective or not as advertised, particularly regarding glasses and serums. Started with delivery left outside on main road - supposedly my ‘safe place’
Then tried glasses and can’t see a thing clearly !!! THEY DO NOT WORK AT ALL AS ADVERTISED!

Definitely NOT as advertised - now the hassle to get a refund !

I want a refund for this body oil it…

I want a refund for this body oil it doesn’t do what it says. I ordered 2 bottles of body oil. I emailed them and they only offered me a partial refund! They advertise as offering refunds within 30 days this is a terrible way to treat customers. They seem to be out to trick customers by offering a refund if you are not happy and then refuse full refunds.

Aluminium Tuning Fork for pain cure

If I could give it no star I would. My wife read an article on using a tuning fork to help relieve pain in places like neck joints. The article mentioned Stainless steel versions and aluminium versions. The article did say the stainless versions were the best because the vibrations last quite a few minutes. The article put a link to who sells them. The link took her to Elycura. For some reason she thought the article had sent the reader to Elycura because they would sell the recommended stainless version. She ordered one and paid the extra for insurance.
When it arrived, it turned out to be an aluminium version. To be honest, it is rubbish. Well made but when tapped to set it humming and vibrating, it lasts about 5-8 seconds, so in effect does nothing. By the time it has been tapped and placed on the sore joint, it has stopped vibrating. Pointless.
The company accept returns, but after you have paid the return postage and tracking, deducted the 15% return handling fee and paying the company's carriage charges incurred by them to send the product to our address (free postage) it is not worth returning it. The fork cost £26.99 (half price), but who can say whether they would charge 15% of the full price, for the restocking charge, then the £5 ? cost to return it, then the price they say it cost them to send it to our address, (that they will also charge for). The product can be found on Aliexpress for £5.99, so their full retail price of £54.00, is a joke. She ordered it without me knowing and has now been told to check and recheck all products that she wants to buy from anywhere. Keep well away from this company.

Elycura versus OceAura

I’m wondering if anybody that ordered Elycura received Elycura or a different brand OceAura? I myself ordered Elycura but received OceAura! When I realized this I got in touch with them and they offered 20% return and I can keep product I received. I stated i order Elycura and that’s what I want! They then offered me 35% money back, I said no. I will deal with the issue another way.

They sent me a “partial order” then never sent the rest. What they sent me was not this brand but another one and did not work. It’s impossible to get in contact with them to follow up on the order and/or ask for a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
