Another “luxury boutique” with bad business practices. I ordered two items and only one was shipped. After about a week later, I emailed them to ask when the other item was shipping because that was the only reason I placed an order on their website. That is when I got a refund notification, and was told that the item was not in stock. I don’t understand why these places don’t notify you when an item is not in stock, and you have to contact them in order to get your money back. My money could be in a savings account accruing interest.
