We ordered by telephone as we had a query regarding delivery. Paul (I believe it was), was very polite and accommodating, with great communication from order to delivery.
Absolutely love the artwork (Showtime), it looks fabulous in our lounge and has already received some great comments.

We received our picture today, so a week delivery time is reasonable. On the description it says the picture can be hung portrait or landscape but it hasn't given that option. The picture has come and it only has the hooks on to hang portrait. We want to hang it landscape, so have now altered the hooks onto the sides to hang it landscape. Elysian did message back and offered to send out more hooks and string. Not very good having to alter it yourself considering how much the picture cost 😕 Good job my husband is good at DIY and is able to make the changes to hang it landscape.

After having a good look at the website and seeing some unique wall art, I emailed with some questions. Paul replied promptly, there were two sizes advertised, unfortunately one was too small and the other was too big. I sent Paul some pictures of the size of wall. Nothing was too much trouble and between us we came up with the perfect size. Paul has made me the perfect bespoke piece of art that is unique for our home. We absolutely love it. I would recommend this amazing company who really put the customers needs first. It really was a first class experience from start to finish. Delivery was prompt and arrived in perfect condition. You will not be disappointed. Had so many compliments already.

Ordered metal and glass pictures which arrived well packaged. Really pleased with purchase. Width size was slightly smaller than advertised but after contacting Paul he remedied the situation quickly and provided the best customer experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Paul! We received the art work, unfortunately it was damaged in transit, Paul sent another one with no questions asked. My wife dint liked the one sent by them, as the glass work was little less dense, guess what Paul himself came to deliver another one specifically made for us. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service where sole target is only customer satisfaction. Would be looking to order again and highly recommend others.

I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences todate. From start to finish excellent service, good value for money, the quality is exceptional. Only had a minor glip with the delivery, but after speaking to the company it was all sorted and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful New Wave Black and Silver Alchemy
