Don’t shop. Any returns is back to China. No help in 30 days returns when it cost 80% of the price. In sted, buy from Temo to 1/20 of the price.

Website is a complete scam. Bought a watch which it said was from New Zealand. When it arrived in the post, the item was from a chinese address and on opening the watch was made of cheap plastic. They were selling for £28 but I found the exact same watch on Shein for £4. When I e-mailed for a refund, i've had no response at all.

AVOID SPENDING ANY MONIES WITH THIS COMPANY

Last year this site was selling clothes - masquerading as a UK based business. In truth, this is a Chinese based operation, selling poor quality products with complex returns process. You are required to pay return fee to send the goods back to China.

The products were sized poorly and the quality not befitting the images/models on display.

Please give a wide berth.

Absolutely rubbish not only was my order incredibly late they also sent me the wrong order. Size 4 boots when I ordered size 7.5. I have since emailed them twice about this and it sends out the same generic email with no one actually getting back to you about the issue. I think Zara needs to think about who they are using

0 stars. Ordered shoes claiming to be branded. Never arrived. No response to multiple emails. Tracking information useless. Shame on me for not checking here first!

ZERO STARS if possible. Absolute scam company. Ordered jewelry/keychains from them. Original order said it was a Canadian company, but then it became an Australian company. Waited weeks to arrive and got half my order. Contacted company with zero response, they do not exist, they lie about their location. This is not a Canadian, Australian, or UK company, this is some front for cheap goods from some other country and should be put out of business for being a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolute sub standard items being sold. Use a very good website show fantastic pictures. Very true saying If it’s too good to be true then it probably is. Wanted to return a jumper sent a return form with an address in China costs as much to return as to buy. SCAM Avoid at all costs

This company are scammers, placed an order for a coat that was listed as in stock. After two weeks no sign of the coat. Contact the company and they just say it's being processed. Sent me a tracking number for Everi, with a link that takes you to a Web site that's not Everi, with little or no info. When I checked Everi site using the tracking number provided, no such order exists. After reading trust pilot reviews Contacted Elysian London again and tried to cancel the order. Would not allow me to cancel or offer a refund. They also told me that the trust pilot reveiws do not reflect the level of service they offer. That's laughable given I am being treat exactly as the other reveiws. Avoid this company at all costs, pity you can't leave 0 stars as a reveiw.

I would give it no stars if I could.
Despite claiming to be a London based company of their website, they refuse to give any UK based address for returns and do everything in their power to not let you return any product. Instead trying to offer a 1% or 5% refund. No help with customer services, incredibly bad product, and nothing but lies on the website. Never use

Stay away from this company, their products are of inferior quality, and refund process non existent, without even mentioning their appalling customer service. Don’t waste your money x

I bought a post surgical bra from Elysian that was too small. There were no return instructions so I emailed the company twice for information on how and where to send the returned item. Both times they asked me to send photos of the item with a tape measure next to it but still no return instructions. I did as I was asked to then be told there are no returns on bras. There is nothing on the website to state this and who would ever buy a bra even from a shop without trying it on. They claim to be from London but after further research, they are actually in China. Absolutely disgraceful and I fear illegal too. So no refund for me then!! My advice, stay well away from this scam company.

DO NOT BUY from this company the goods are total rubbish they don refund when asked and from what I can see on Companies House this company was dissolved in January 2023 and they are trading from Hong Kong now!

It is unfortunate one star is the lowest review, where do i start!
The trading name is misleading, they are NOT based in London and whatever you buy is sent from CHINA. I bought a sports bra which turns out to be a poor imitation of the brand I thought I was buying. Customer service is NON EXISTANT I queried where my parcel was as it didn't arrive when expected, no reply. After finally my order and seeing the poor quality I wish to have a refund and return my purchase, STILL NO REPLY. This company are quite happy to take your money and sell cheap Chinese replicas of reputable goods, they are not willing to adhere by UK Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible, terrible customer service. I bought 3 bras, using their size guide, much too small. I emailed to ask to return them in exchange for a larger size. At that point I fully expected to pay for the return. Had an email saying they don't really do returns, as I would have to pay for the postage, instead they would offer me 20% off to buy new bras(!) I replied no, could they arrange exchange. Got another email back saying some as first. So they are trying to railroad me into doing what they want. Making me cross now, I emailed them again, said I would like to exchange, as they are being awkward I would now also like to request a prepaid label for return. No response. Another email from me saying send me a prepaid label, I will return and you can refund me. I also sent a screenshot of their own terms and conditions which does show returns are possible No response. I suspect I have lost my money. I would never use this company again, and I suggest no one else does because if you have a problem, they aren't going to help you, and you can kiss goodbye to your cash if the goods are not suitable.

Product (Coat) £59 has NOT arrived and some 11 days after purchase, no shipping progress, and nil response to chasing emails. I suspect this is a SCAM site.
Interesting that the 8 positive feedbacks all are February 2024, prior to that a negative one 2017, nothing in between or since?
Another variation of Elysian on Trust Pilot has absolutely shocking reviews, presume the two are connected. I suspect this supplier merely became Elysian-London.

I’m unwilling to take my review down as your company name Elysian London matches exactly the name of my customer receipt and email footer.
I suggest you provide proof and/or take umbrage with ano company with the same name. If/when I receive my £59.00 purchase I will update this review accordingly. I have responded accordingly under separate cover to Trust Pilot.
Last update 19/1/2025 item eventually arrived taking a slow boat from China (Hong Kong?) the coat isn’t branded as per the advert, is of much cheaper quality and tiny, rendering item useless! Sizing has no relation to their own guide. Judging by all the other negative reviews NIL chance of a refund/exchange and will prove a complete waste of time. The actual value is circa £25 from any Uk market and not £59.00 discounted from £129.00. STAY CLEAR!!!

Products are very good quality and look brilliant. You can’t go wrong for the price. Top brand 👍
