I purchased something and later found out they were out of stock on that item. Elyxr communicated this with me, and I was able to replace the product I bought with something different. Sometimes things like this happen and if it does, they will work with you! That is if you approach it in a respectful manner.

3 weeks items never shipped
Ordered from them recently and waited 3 weeks and the items never shipped. During the three weeks I reached out multiple times and never got a response on when my order was going to ship or if it was ever going to ship at that point. Finally filed for a refund and my refund was received today, but I find it so strange that they never once reached out to me to tell me what was going on or why 3 weeks went by and my items never shipped. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I think they’re using too much of their own products

I placed 2 orders just a couple days apart. Both orders were recieved but they were NOT exactly what I ordered and there was no communication to state this would be the case. I ordered what I did because it gives me the desired effect and im highly disappointed.
UPDATE:
Elyxr had responded to my complaint and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a satisfied customer. I was quickly sent the correct brand but they also threw in a freebie.

Absolutely terrible service and communication. Took like 15 times for their age verification process to work right then they STILL used that as an excuse why they hadnt sent my order for a week while holding my money, then when someone finally answered me and i said just send a refund they finally sent me a tracking number like they were sending it so the age verification mustve been fine then... til another week went by and the tracking never updated and then said the age verification didn't work again plus I had already literally sent them my id directly through email multiple times. Held my money and ignored me so long I missed all the big 7OH ban sales. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Complete disaster, ruined my week with their sloppiness and neglect. Pathetic company. Deserves to go bankrupt.

Edit though your email communication and response is awful along with 17 days for shipping. Nothing I ordered was sent to me, which I get cause I clicked can substitute but no communication about the switch.
I changed to 2 stars cause the surprise gift was very generous. And my substitute products were good. But 17 days shipping and communication has to be better.

My gosh. These people are not good with getting your order out into the mail system. We spent 400$ and met the priority shipping deal however they have had our order for a whole week.
