Recently ordered some items including Miniatures and a rule book for the game CombatZone - Absolutely fab service, delivered promptly, well packaged, and the minis (Starfighters) were really nice, with lots of detail
This company sucks. Waited 10 days for a delivery. Their communication was poor. I had to chase them until they finally admitted they had no stock and no idea when it would be in. Refunded my money and stated they would send a discount voucher for my trouble. That was never sent. Go elsewhere.

The absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. This company messed up my order in a myriad of different ways(sold minis from their site that they did not have in stock, shipped the wrong and broken minis) and when asked politely to fix it I was given the run around and treated very rudely. This was the only time I've ever dealt with them and it will certainly be the last. I would definitely advise anyone in the market for RPG and wargaming minis to look elsewhere. There are too many good, competent companies out there who respect their customers.

I’ve had shipments from eM4 arrive in under 18 hours, almost all within 48 hours; nobody beats them for that. Don’t let the low prices fool you; their miniatures of a substantially high quality and ridiculously affordable for the lowest of budgets. However, communication has always been a problem, often when resolving multiple and repeated issues of being sent wrong or incomplete orders: which are always resolved quickly and respectfully. They’ve recently re-launched their website as a saving grace and seem to have a high energy input into their social media game now, so hoping for more good things from them.
