Fake products

I ordered a LEGO set from eMAG but received a counterfeit product. They have repeatedly declined my return requests without any explanation and have not responded to my support inquiries.

eMag enable fake sellers

eMag enable fake sellers. Really I am stupid as this is not the first time I have been sold a fake item.
This time is it is a fake Braun item. They put a sticker over the top to try and hide the fact it was fake but it was obvious really.

It's so obvious they enable these fake-sellers. Just look at the seller's listing details:

So not exactly great due dilligence by eMag but what do you expect in this country?

SCAMMERS, DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a 600 000 HUF phone, had to be sent back for repairs after ~weeks of usage. Got it back after a month, and then after a week of usage another hardware issue pops up, the flash\torch doesn't work at all.
They also removed the expensive protective foil upon repairs and gave back the phone without even the factory foil. Cannot reach Support for two months now! DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Vaacum cleaner never received, customer support is not helping.

We purchased a vacuum cleaner more than a month ago and did not receive it. We sent multiple emails and chatted with customer service, but the last time, the agent just left the chat. We paid a lot of money, and we did not get the product. Their customer service is useless and helpless. We will report them to the police and the consumer protection authority.

Wrong product. Missing delivery notification

I bought wallpapers from EMAG. I urgently needed them.
First thing, they didn't announced me about delivery products on specified place. No email, nothing. I was waiting while products was almost week on place. I picked them up on last day before returning order.
Next thing, wrong product. I found product with size 70x70cm on website. They sent me 35x35cm. I am not sure, if that mistake is on emag's or supplier's side. That's my experience

Worst quality and costumer service ever, after they merged with another scammer company, they closed all their offices and do not answer costumer needs and literally resell things from temu for prices 5 times more, avoided at any cost.

No refund / No coming to pick up the sent back product

It's been 1 and a half month I am waiting for them to pick up my package that I asked to send back. Twice I had to change my planning to stay home and the courrier did not come. They don't care and don't proceed with refund. Worst customer service seen in a while.

band customer service Allee store Manager Budapest

I went to the Allee shop and could not be understood by the sales people due to language barriers.
i requested to talk to the manager and seeing that i was a foreigner, he decided to ignore me and not attend me. i waited patiently untill he was free and no excuse to talk to me but he kept on avoiding me.
The website is AI and there is nowhere to raise the complaint for bad customer service !
I wrote the complaint in the Vasarlok konvye and the manager dismissed it.

Probably the WORST online shop

Probably the WORST online shop, criminals really. AVOID at all cost.

Selling used and badly repaired electronics as new products.

I wish I saw their reviews before. Their customer service just lies to your face than ignores you. How these people are not in jail is a mystery. Ah yes, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria :) What a joke.

Damaged goods, reviews never approved

They constantly bombard me with emails to write reviews, which I can't officially unsubscribe from, but my honest review of a mediocre product never gets approved. Also 3 out of 6 times my products arrived badly damaged. They usually have the cheapest prices, but not worth the hassle for me.

Dishonest Company that is now merged with another bad company. EDigital + eMag. Just see their reviews to understand why to AVOID. They have ripped off thousands of customers including me. They just continue to fraud and ignore warranty and skip from country to country. Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia... Wherever they can abuse weak laws and keep on stealing and thieving.

shipment ot wrong address

Ordered a small item that is sold by a merchant in Romania. I clearly indicated the location of the EasyBox where I wanted to pick up the package. Now I see on the courier's tracking site that the package is going to a different location several miles away. EMAG claims it has no way to correct it now, and the courier is unable to change the location. Las time I deal with these incomptents.
