Horrible I don’t know why anyone would use this.

Easy to use, fast and reliable!

Truly the best email verification site out there! Far more effective!

I purchased an AppSumo deal they were running and immediately dove in. After about a month or so I have to say that I am very impressed. In fact, I have completely stopped using my NeverBounce account (despite still having paid credits) and have switched all my email verification processes over to TheChecker.

What really impressed me was the JS Widget that can check email addresses "on the fly" immediately after they are entered into a form. That has more or less completely stopped spam entries and from looking at the list of verifications in my account I can see that some people would have opted in with an incorrect email (with a typo), but TheChecker's verification blocked it and they fixed it.

The API also works well, I have integrated email verification into different processes via Zapier and am happy with the results.

Also, I have to mention that support is super responsive, I never get the feeling they are chatting with 10 people at once.

I am waiting for a couple of new features to be implemented and did notice a couple of email addresses falsely classified as "Accept All" but nothing major.

When I first saw TheChecker, I did not give it much tought because we don't do a lot of email marketing, so we don't have any lists to clean up.

But when I noticed they have a JS widget that can validate emails on a form, a lightbul went on in my head. This was the exact solution I needed. Here's why:

I have a SaaS app, a dental CRM, and since we offer a "no credit card requiered" trial, we were getting a lot of bogus sigups with fake emails. The JS widget allow us to check if the email being entered in the signup form is valid before account creation.

It sounds simple, but I'm sure there is some pretty advanced tech under the hood. From where I stand, it just works. And that is exactly what I needed.

Does exactly what it says it does with a high degree of accuracy. I absolutely love it. I use it on all of my lists.

Redemmed a Appsumo offer today and got on the site with the help of Pedro from support, he guided me step by step and explained in 5 mins everything I had to know.

Really pleased with the support I got and how easy it is to use the tool.

Now my site have an automate email check on each form and thats fantastic!

The product seemed decent the first 2-3 times that I used it. Then after I uploaded a new email/data list to clean, it said my account was blocked to suspicious activity and I had to contact support to unblock it. After contacting support they simply said I was told:

"Unfortunately, you are hurting the Terms of Use, which you agreed when signing up: (link removed for review)

See the Eligibility and Termination clauses.

Your account can not be unlocked."

Be careful using this site and be careful of the list you choose to clean. No warnings, just locking your account. Fortunately, I purchased through AppSumo and was protected by their refund policy.

I'd recommend alternatives such as ZeroBounce or NeverBounce.

Garbage. I created an account and it didn't appear to work so I tried to recreate it and it said the account was taken. Selected sign in with the email I used then they required me to verify my e-mail and sent me a code which I put in. When I tried to add my file with 100 e-mail addresses to test results my account was "blocked due to suspicious activity" and required me to put in my phone number for yet another verification code. When I tried to add my phone number, it said "Oops, something went wrong" and wouldn't let me continue from there. Site is strange overall and I wouldnt trust it enough to put a dollar into it.
