Scam alert
I attempted to purchase a manual and download it on 10/25/25. I was unable to download it. I contacted customer service when I discovered they were charging me $33 / month. asked them to refund my money. Heard back once. Second email 12/2/25. Instructed them to cancel subscription.
They are still billing my credit card #$33/monthly.

Good quality automotive manuals
Good quality automotive manuals. I needed a Volvo heavy equipment repair manual and not only did they have the repair manual but they also had the spare parts manual. I was very impressed. Definitely worth every bit as you can download the manuals.

Products are good. Recommend downloading and installing OVA reader prior to product to verify if your CPU Bios has VMx or RTx disabled. You will need to enable them or request assistance for Tech Dept to correct.

Repair Shop Necessity!
We have a small on-farm repair shop in the middle of a farming community so see a whole variety of tractor repairs come through. Their customer service was fantastic
When I downloaded an eManual, certain files would not open. I communicated this to the company and no less than three respondents (RJ, Gerry and Chad) came to the rescue. They suggested things to try with the software. No avail. They kept trying with this and that, finally enabling me to download virtual machine software that was a deal more elaborate (more technical and thorough). This saved the day. These people could have given up and blown me off, but they didn't. My hat is off to them. I would highly, highly recommend eManuals.

I was able to find and download the manual easy and it was laid out nice and easy to navigate and orint if needed. I did get the wrong manual however. I contacted support and sent my engine info. Within a day they sent me the correct manual with appologies and no questions asked free of charge. They contacted me again the day after to be sure I was satisfied. The world needs more CUSTOMER SERVICE like this..

Don't Get HASTY!
They helped in getting everything in order so I could use the manual the way anyone can! I first thought I am doomed but there is no regret in buying the manual it is great just what I needed in plain English just like I wanted it and you can't get a better deal as far as price If I need another I won't hesitate to buy again.
