I bought a device head massager over two months ago and still haven't received the parcel. The tracking number is not working with any carrier I found online. I just contacted customer service today to sort out the problem via email and now waiting for a reply.

I really like the neck and shoulder massager here. It acrobats very professionally. Like a real massage expert
I am very satisfied with the head massager here. Feel relaxed. The first time you use it, it's a bit uncomfortable. But after getting used to it, I feel very comfortable and relaxed.

I purchased two items (head ultra massager and neck massager). I took advantage of the “special deal” of getting both items for a reduced price.
I live in the US and was expecting the items be shipped from within the US and take maybe 3-4 business days like most other items I buy these days. So, tracking showed that one item was coming from China and the other was a bit ambiguous but looked like maybe from within the US. First item arrived 12 days after payment and the second item 14 days after.
The items: very cheap and poor quality products (instructions very poorly worded, possibly not really meant for the English speaking market). The neck massager does feel okay but it does feel like you are being electrocuted; take that as a good or bad thing. The head massager to me is the worse product of the two. The massaging feels pretty weak and feels more gimmicky than something that’s actually helpful to relaxing. Lastly, it keeps popping off my head and I need to keep one hand depressed on it to keep it in place.
Here’s the main thing I wanted to share. The Emasser website has many glowing product reviews; almost all are 5 stars. I wrote a review on their site being either 2 or 3 (I can’t remember which). I saw my review posted and the next day when I went to their site my review was gone; deleted. I question all the 5 stars they received.
