I ordered a 60" X 40" chunky blanket. I received a 24" X 24" blanket. They said they would send the correct item. That was December 30th. Since then, nothing. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Ember and Field has also ignored them. DO NOT trust this company.

Ordered two blankets at the begining of December for birthdays at the end of the month. After two weeks I asked where they were. I was told shipping was backed up. I told them that was fine, just refund the money. I was then told they had shipped. I had the tracking number and they were still in the warehouse. I asked again to cancel the order and was told no. So today is one month since I ordered and still no blankets that were supposed to be birthday presents two weeks ago. This is a worthless company. Just order one off Etsy. At least the people on there will give you accurate information as far as when to expect it.
