Delicious
Small packs ideal for adding to a picnic salad.

Excellent product, always arrives promptly and well packed.
Expensive and often prone to offers and/or promo codes so I always think I'm being seen off a bit. I would prefer a slightly lower price which remains the same for all.
Web site not the clearest.

Bought the 3×5 variety pack to try. Not a fan of the original flavour, and the chilli flavour is similar but spicy. Garlic and rosemary by far the best and most interesting of the three. Delivery took nearly a week, but in fairness I ordered the day before good friday i believe.

Great product and brilliant price for bulk purchase. Used to get buy via amazon but now buying direct. Would definitely recommend this to anybody

Best tasting after buying multiple brands of biltong over the past 6 months. Packaging is very good as I always buy the bags which can be re- sealed, so stays fresh. No issues with delivery in the past 6 months either. Overall a cracking product which I will carry on purchasing till I am sick of it :-)

Decent biltong,. but would be so much better if it was not as dry, maybe consider unsliced

After sampling a few Biltong companies I tried Ember Snacks three pack taster and have sinse bought two 500gram resealable bags to make use of over the next few weeks. Long story short I am very satisfied with the product and will be making my future purchases their.

Very fast delivery, nicest biltong I've ever tried. It tastes more healthy than others I've had but also manages to retain flavour. More than worth the price.

Package arrived quickly, long shelf life on products. Biltong really tasty.

I purchased the mixed box after seeing a friend's post about Ember on Instagram.
I love Biltong, and previously bought it from lots of other companies. I chose Ember partly based on the recommendation of my friend, and also to support a British business, especially during the Pandemic.

The product is great! The Garlic & Rosemary is my favourite by far, really subtle taste and leaves me full & not craving another snack.
The original is packed full of flavour too, the mix of spices in perfect balance. None of the products are too salty either.

I recently tried the Steak slices, which I found in Sainsbury's, and these were yummy (I ate the whole bag in 1 go!) :)
The addition of Quinoa into the slices struck me as a bit odd at first, but on tasting I was surprised. It adds a slightly nutty taste, in keeping with the steak taste.

All in all, I will definitely be buying again, and when the steak slices come back into stock in the website, I'll buy direct.

The recent batches have been really great, nice large pieces and fewer crumbs in the bottom of the packet. Hard to limit myself though!

I didnt like the spice mix, but understand thats very subjective

Bought it, steak slices. Ate it in the parking lot, geat taste and texture. Went back to buy another package. Thank you for producing this product. I'm hooked.

Excellent quality product: flavoursome beef with perfect moisture content-dryness. I grew up in South Africa, and biltong is in our very fabric! These guys have done a fantastic job of creating a superb product, despite not having the benefit of the hot African winds. Highly-recommended. The chilli one is my favourite, and packs a great punch of heat.
