“I had a very disappointing experience at EM Bilkuben. I went there ready to buy a car in cash, but the staff showed poor customer service and treated me in a very rude manner. Instead of welcoming me as a serious buyer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Lesson to visit Danish peoples instead of forgeiner. This is not how a professional car dealer should treat potential customers. I hope they improve their attitude and customer service in the future.”
