Ordered over 3 months ago, nothing

Ordered over 3 months ago, nothing. Communication from customer service is limited to none. I had family visiting for the holidays and they got to leave without any gifts. I spent several hundred dollars for nothing and I want a refund. I haven't heard anything back regarding this. My colleague ordered her shirt a few weeks ago and already received it. My patience is pretty thin at this point, legal is my next step.

Edit:
The e-mails I received were just telling me my orders are delayed, which is stating the obvious. One of which says I would receive it by Christmas, another e-mail saying it should ship in 2 weeks, essentially continuing to create unrealistic expectations and not meeting it. I've e-mailed your team my order numbers. Going on about 4 months now. 28616, 28615, 28610, 28611.

We agree that it is unacceptable and are working hard every day, all day, to get this gear complete and out the door.

It looks like we did respond to a few of your emails in regards to your refund request with the answer that we were more than happy to do so. If you did not receive those emails for some reason please let us know - we look forward to getting the refund sent your way as well as the long awaited custom gear!

Disappointing.

I rarely write reviews but I feel I need to warn the rest of the population. I suspect most ordering from this company is either a military unit or a school/club team. There are three points I'd like to make. 1. The unacceptable amount of time for your products to be made and shipped is astounding. It is likely that you will end up spending your own money to ship out that unit sweatshirt when you finally receive your order because that soldier PCS'd 4 months after the order was placed. 2. The only real communication you'll receive is a standard "hey we do good work and it's taking forever."
3. This final point is my preference only. The sweatshirt has a weird sort of sheen to it. Almost shiney. I didn't like it and the few around me at the time we saw it also commented negatively on its appearance.
Bottom line is that the product seems well made, but the time it takes is unsatisfactory, and frankly larger companies like Custom Ink can provide a nice product quickly.

In summary, as much as I want companies like this to succeed I would never ever order from them again. I will also recommend to our unit "swag" rep to avoid.

One point to consider for Emblem. Your advertising is spot on. It's everywhere. The algorithms are working. I feel that you might want to spend a bit less on advertising and a bit more on the process or personnel to quicken up the process.

First off, I obviously apologize about the unsatisfactory experience and I also genuinely want to thank you for the feedback and the opportunity for us to improve. You’re right and the words sting, but that’s how we’ll get better.

We’re definitely not custom ink - our gear is made entirely different, won’t crack or fade after two washes, and unfortunately took waaaay too long to manufacture. We’re a small team and we’re hustling as best we can through fabric delays and other supply chain issues - we’re getting better, with more fabric options too - so I’ll reach out to you personally once we get supply chain back on track and offer you a chance to preview some of the new product and win back your trust.

Over 2 months. No product.

I do not have the ability to provide 0 stars, but would if I could. I have been told there have been supply issues due to Covid, but this is crazy. Over 2 months and still waiting. There is nothing that takes this long. On the website they say "I knew there had to be a better way.". This is not that way.

It's been 8 months....Still have not received Hoodie

3/27/2021......It has been almost 8 months (April 6th will be 8 months) and I still do not have my product! ****BEWARE**** DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my son a hoodie on August 6, 2020. The shipped him the hoodie in October but it had the wrong information, so he sent it back. I contacted the company to let them know (in October). They let me know that they would fix it a ship it out asap. So, in December 2020, my son has still not received his hoodie. Again, sent an email to be updated the status. They apologized and said that they will be able to ship it out in a couple of weeks (finally). Here it is, January 15, 2021 and still no sweatshirt. Very frustrating. Will not order from here again!

I wish I could say this was the first time having a delay with your company. The first time I ordered from your company was in early 2019. I had ordered his company deployment athletic tee's (Several of them), that product was delayed as well. Months in fact, pre-pandemic. I will say that you all do deliver good quality tee's and hoodies but it just takes way too long to recieve them.

No updates

No updates. I ordered a bunch of shirt and hoodies for my entire company. They had no issue taking the money. They say it takes 6 wks. Its coming up to 8wks. No word. I reached out to the CEO as well as Cate the sales associate. No response. I mean if it is taking longer, just say that. Don't go quiet when you have my money.

I ordered few shirts in early October…

I ordered few shirts in early October 2020 from Afghanistan US military base and was charged and has never heard from them again. They have no contact number listed anywhere. Basically, they have not service and they just charge money and don't offer anything. I so disappointed by their service and unprofessionalism. I have to contact my LTC to report this.

SLOW SLOW SLOW

I have no idea where the 5 star reviews are coming from. This is hands down, the slowest company I have ever ordered from. Then they try to justify it that it’s custom made, therefore that’s why it takes 5-6 weeks (SIX WEEKS) for a tshirt and hoodie. This is 2020 not 1940. Will not be ordering again and will advise any company/team to avoid.

Great company. Very good product at very short notice.

I ordered a single face mask with a custom design to match our university logotype and colors. The dye was off slightly, and a few stitches came out of the lower band. Otherwise, it's the best face mask I've got, for comfort, stretchability, and durability. Under these working conditions, that's a very good result. I'll be reordering.

The gear is great but customer service is awful

The gear is great. The customer service is lacking. We had two issues with the nearly $2000 order. We contacted them right away and were told that the replacements would be sent out "ASAP." When I contacted them three weeks later I was told the gear wouldn't be sent for an additional 2 weeks. Our season is over at the beginning of March and it looks like 2 of our kids will be without their gear until two weeks before that - even though we ordered in November. The garments look great, but the customer service is awful.

Outstanding customer service. Day of timely response to any of our design or order questions. The quality far exceeds the price and delivery time. Well worth the wait. We will be using Emblem Athletic services exclusively.

Slow production/delivery but quality more than makes up for it

Great experience! Delivery took a little longer than initially proposed but to be fair my order was placed just before the holidays so I expected a little delay. When I asked for an updated delivery estimate I received one right away. Shirt came in time based on the second delivery estimate and in much better quality than I had expected. If you’re looking for high quality shirts and aren’t in a rush, this is the place to go to!!

Very Pleased

This company is great. When I received my order there was a mistake with it. So I emailed them and they responded almost immediately to try and remedy the situation. The product is fantastic and the customer service is even better. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.
