Once order was complete, shipping was fast and easy to track.
Received my order and the quality of the product is awesome! The images they created and used for my products were great detail and with the way they are done on the clothing, should last a long time. The fit of the shirts worked perfectly and true to size, I would say.
This company is great to work with and having your own store on the website makes it so easy for others in my group to place order and get exactly what I have.
I can't say enough how greatful to have found this group and got to work with them. Being Veteran owned just adds to the appreciation I have toward the company. They stand by their quality and service!

New Management GOAT
Although due to previous management failing to fulfill orders. The new management went out of their way to fulfill my order even after it was about 3 years old along with a phone call which was a very generous customer service experience. Customer service 11 out of 10. Sad to say after I finally got my order one of the prints on a shirt was messed up a bit but after this long a wait I’d rather not even bother trying to get it fixed. But given the experience with this new management I would still order from them again and recommend it to others. Overall 9.9 out of 10. Keep up the great work!

I had originally placed my order with the company about 2 years ago but the companies previous owners had dropped the ball so to speak. The new current owners owner reached out to me, asked if i still wanted my order and got it to me within a month. Very impressed!!

The new ownerhsip of Emblem Athletic recently shipped an order that I placed in September of 2021. Mike and the new team did not have to do this at all, but they did anyway, and I can't thank them enough. Initially when I received a call from Mike Gnoffo I though it would be the same song and dance I had been through for the last year and a half. It was not at all. The order was sent as discussed on the phone and even better, the items were of high quality! I definitely feel they deserve a second chance and have already discussed using them again with my coworkers.

Awful, it took almost 2 years and a dozen emails to receive a $60 sweatshirt. While I understand the issues are with the last owners it still is a reflection on the name and I don't see how I can faithfully give our store to my troops.

The new ownership is amazing. Mike called me on a Sunday morning to explain his situation and the new direction of the company. He also assured me that my 2 year old order would be honored. Less than 3 months later I had the shirts I ordered for deployment. The quality of these bad boys was above and beyond my expectations. The fabric is top notch and the decals are printed into the shirt, not just a pressed sticker. Thank you, Mike and team, keep grinding!

The new owner has turned this place around offering those who unfortunately had to deal with the back log of orders and never hear from them again. Mike placed in some awesome features to allow those waiting on orders to either get a store credit or their original order. I received my order in less than three weeks from my request!! The transition and process was smooth and the quality of the material is amazing!

Bottom line: My experience with the new ownership was excellent, but my 18-month ordeal before that was awful. The new owner, Mike, personally called to apologize and make it right & then delivered. To be clear, the 5 stars are for Mike and his team - not for the old team.
The Good: About 18 mos after my order i got an email saying the company was under new ownership, but they'd honor recent orders. My order wasn't in that window but i clicked the link anyway and figured I'd ask because why not. The owner, Mike emailed me within a day or two saying he'd call. Within a day or two from that he actually called. I am certain he made hundreds or even thousands of calls and I'd bet lots of those were unpleasant. I respected his willingness to do that. He updated my address and assured me I'd get the product within a month or so. I got it in around 2-3 weeks. He could have told me to pound sand bc i was outside the window, but he didn't. He is definitely taking some personal loss here to resurrect the brand, and that's admirable.
Product quality: the product is exactly what I initially expected. The design is dyed into the fabric, so it can't peel or crack because it's just not made that way.
The bad/ugly: Under the old ownership I got the product designed quickly and got the link out to people in my unit. We all promptly ordered and then waited. After 18 months of excuses and nonsense, i had written it off as a loss. I was not thrilled i had walked my teammates into what certainly seemed like a scam.
Ordering again? I really like the shirt and I REALLY like the way Mike is leading the turnaround. I definitely have some leftover conflicting feelings, but I think you can take a chance on the new team. I expected more hot air, but i ended up getting personal engagement and the product in a timely manner. I would reach out to them with your questions and get a feel for yourself.

Scam… wish I could put no star. Ordered $150ish with of clothing In 05/21 and it’s 01/23. False promises and fake cancellations. Never got money back or clothing ordered. Obviously I don’t hold grudges 👀

This is offshore made junk! The material looks nothing like they advertise, there is no stitching or quality of product at all. It is just cheap silk screen garbage that you can but for about $10.00 but these guys charge you triple and take months to deliver it. I will never buy from any vendor that I don't check reviews on ever agian. This will be the last screw job I take from company's with products like this.

Took the company 7 months to finally deliver 1 hoodie and 1 T-shirt. The products received were not what was advertised and were very poor quality with cheap materials. I will be attempting to return them and get my money back; hopefully that goes faster than ordering by did. If they refuse I will attempt to go through AMEX to get my money back and will be throwing the clothes away. That’s how bad they are.
