Great product, and very attentive customer service following me in resolving a big delivery issue outside US.
If this wasn't a (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime kind of purchase, I would buy again from them :D

I purchased a wedding ring with antler and copper inlays, the antler kept breaking off. I’m now on my 4th replacement, however EMBR customer is top notch, they’ve been very understanding and have gone above and beyond for me and made things right with my ring. Very quick replies and amazing warranty support from the team @EMBR. I’ll only purchase rings from them here forward. You won’t be disappointed.

The customer service is IMMACULATE! The people I spoke with were very friendly and professional. The white ceramic rings I purchased look amazing and they have a really nice shine to them. My husband hasn't removed his ring or played with it once because of how comfortable the 6mm is on his finger.

EMBR is awesome! I didn't have any idea what size ring id need and was worried I might pick the wrong size. Not only do they have the option to send you a ring sizer prior to shipping your ring, but when I got the sizer in the mail and figured out what size I was customer service was easy to contact and communicate with. They then shipped the correct size ring and it's beautiful and fits perfectly. If you want a wedding band that's comfortable, looks amazing, doesn't break the bank, but is still made out of quality materials go with EMBR. I love mine.

Purchased two rings from embr 4 years ago. They are still going strong, has an issue with one of the rings, customer service were amazing with dealing with the query can't thank the staff enough. The quality of the rings is amazing. I don't wear any jewelry because I don't like the way it felt on my skin (eczema sufferer) but these rings didn't cause any irritation stayed cool all the time and they just look soo awesome got a white and red band :)

Superior customer service and speedy delivery with a plethora of options to choose from to suit anyone’s needs for any occasion. Also with the rings for the most part being scratch resistant they have a very good longevity.

Love EMBR rings! My latest, the rose gold infinity, is my favorite so far! Couldn’t recommend them more.

I was early purchasing a ring for Father's Day as the BOGO sale was the next week. I contacted EMBR to see if I could return the ring and get the deal. To my surprise they honored the BOGO deal during the sale and sent me a second ring without having to go through the hassle of returning the original purchase!!
