The very fact that my wig was exactly what I wanted. The colour very close to my own natural colour. Megan goes out of her way to give me what I need and is a good listener.

This was my first time having to get a wig due to cancer treatment. I was nervous about what to expect but from the minute I met with Megan I was immediately put at ease.

Navigating the minefield of hair pieces is really challenging. It’s a very steep learning curve and it could be easy to make expensive mistakes along the way. Especially at a time when you are lacking confidence and feeling vulnerable due to hair loss.
Megan does everything she can to meet your needs, is very open and explains things clearly. She has a wealth of personal experience and is always keen to learn more, through her own professional development and client feedback. She also is developing a good network of people she can contact off Island.
After lengthy communication back and forth, Megan went out of her way to meet my very specific needs. To the point where she had to source a new supplier and have a bespoke topper made.
She was very clear and honest about limitations and possibilities. Consequently, I have now got the topper that I didn’t realistically think was possible.
Megan genuinely wants her clients to be happier and more confident, wanting them to find the best product for them.
