I loved the products and everything is true to size. However, customer service is non existent. I ordered two sweatshirts together, got the notification they shipped (pretty fast I might add so bonus points for that), then when I get my package only one of my sweatshirts was in there. No emails about delays or that they would ship separately. Didn’t ever receive a second tracking number. Absolutely no communication. I reach out to the support email asking for an update, no response. A week goes by I send a follow up as well as message the tiktok, no response. Then all of the sudden it just arrives yesterday. I’m thrilled it got here and again love the sweatshirts, but based just on the lack of customer service I would not order from here again.

My first time ordering from Tiktok shop, I was worried it would scam me. I was wrong!! The inside of my sweatshirt is SO soft. They gave me a cute thank you note, I thought that was so sweet and why I love supporting small businesses.

The picture is off center and the picture is way smaller than advertised. It’s the right color but that’s about it. I am not satisfied with my order and will be returning.

10/17 UPDATE: still no response to multiple emails/DMs/messages. Clearly not providing refund or update on missing item. Do not order for this site! Clearly posting Tiktoks is more important that fulfilling orders correctly and stealing money.

Unfortunately this company has been 50/50. This is the second time I ordered and I waited almost 2 weeks before it was shipped. I had sent an email for an update with no response, just the tracking information when it finally was shipped.
I received the order today and it is completely missing an item! And another is printed awkwardly in the center of the sweatshirt, so when worn the image is awkwardly in the middle of my torso; does not match the placement in the photos.
I can understand starting up a new small online business has challenges, but I would rather see less Tiktoks being posted in order to make sure orders are sent timely and correct!
I doubt I’ll receive any response regarding my missing item (refund or shipping update) from some of the other reviews on here.
It is such a shame because everything else I have ordered is super cute and I love them! I was hoping to keep supporting this business but after the order I don’t think I will be.

First off when I first placed the order I was told it was going to arrive by October 3. Then it changed to OCTOBER 11 which was not good considering I needed it by the FOURTH. I tried asking for a refund but never got a response until they finally said it had been shipped. At this point all I wanted was to make sure it arrived before the 3rd WHICH it said it did. Once it arrived (on the 3rd) IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR!!! I bought these to match with all my girls and now I will be the only one out of COLOR.

The Bluey Eras Tour concept is amazing on its own, but the shipping was fast and the shirt is true to size.

Love it, came out better then I thought it would. Fast shipping will buy from them again
