The EMDR Kit team has been amazing
The EMDR Kit team has been amazing! My initial package is still stuck in customs and they have gone above and beyond to respond to customs and support me as I wait for my package. They were able to ship me a new set of tappers so that I can begin using them. Hopefully we will get the first set out of customs! The tappers are also amazing and I can not wait to use them with clients. The app is very easy to use and the tappers were easy to set up. I can't wait to start using them!

Clearly the right choice
This product has many details from Dr. Shapiro's book. A frosted lens makes the light a glow rather than seeing individual leds. The width feature makes a huge difference. This is clearly the right product for your EMDR work. I highly recommend the wireless version.

Still haven’t received it after weeks
Still haven’t received it after weeks. Understandable that it’s caught in customs but this is unhelpful to my practice. I will not purchase international products again. Not your fault but it is what it is.
UPDATE: EMDR Kit responded to the situation by sending a new kit. Their customer service has been exceptional. Lets hope I get the product soon.

The customer service was great! Had a broken buzzer when the kit arrived and they replaced it quickly even when I ran into issues with customs (I’m in the USA), they worked hard to make sure I would get my replacement.
