Good visit, very professional

Great convenience, but execution sometimes challenged
I've been using emed for travel-related COVID testing since it first came out. The convenience is great, but not without problems sometimes. Here are some of the problems I've had:
1) Couldn't register with a Yahoo email address
2) Test results certificate didn't arrive for 24 hours, so missed a flight
3) Test didn't have one of the needed elements, so missed a flight while finding a new test
4) Tests expire after a while
For #2 and #3, I was reimbursed with replacement kits--not just one, but a pack. So they step up when there are problems of their fault.

Taking a Covid test
Everyone was very helpful and easy to perform needed test. Be sure to listen to there instructions carefully, because I goofed and touched the test in a spot I wasn't suppose to and had to hang up and call back again. This was my first time taking the test, but I will say it was easy to do.

Excellent timely service
Excellent service. Each time I ordered test kits, I received them on time. It also very easy to follow the directions to complete the tests. I love the ability to have certified lab test result to enable my travel. I used the tests to travel in many countries during 2020 2022.
