Ordering custom packaging boxes for my cosmetic shop is the best thing I've done so far. I am managing a business shop in Ohio and was in need of creative boxes for many products which are currently available in my shop. The most amazing and ever liked boxes are foundation boxes (qty 4500pcs) and mascara boxes (qty 7000pcs). Mr. Harry was so professional, courteous and humble while making changes to my boxes.I got my boxes exactly matching to my brand and it's theme. I am very thankful to him for being so helpful and completed my order on time. I will be certainly recommending them to other people around me.

Allan Cornell, maybe 5 stars aren't enough, but that's all I'm allowed to grade. I worked with Hector who was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. This was not an easy project, and many companies hate to work with professional artists, but in this case we were able to bounce ideas off of each other and the results was nothing short of outstanding. We have only the display boxes left, but if the results is anything like the shipment I received today, I'm extremely excited to work with them on preliminary drawings. They were the best, with special thanks to Hector. He controlled a difficult project with great expertise. Thanks to everyone involved. You nailed it!

Michelle and Emenac did an excellent job on this order, our first with them. We needed to have it in a hurry and they delivered on time. The quality is good and it appears as though all of the product is color consistent, an issue we've had to deal with before.

Emenac Packaging boxes are top notch...Our soap factory needed 28000 boxes before 6th sep, and we knew it was too difficult to meet the requirements in such a short time as we placed our order in 20th aug last month. They fulfilled the job and delivered our boxes right on time.

Had a very positive experience with ordering custom boxes. Love that you can order small quantities (500). Natasha Hill was great to work with and I swear she works 24 hours a day.

We have been using Emenac packaging for many years for our business. Last week, we ordered 10 thousand Cake Boxes for our bakery. The quality was great as always, infect very superior to some other vendors and the price was always the best for the quality. Our experience was smooth and had no issue while dealing with them and we would highly recommend them for all your packaging and shipping needs.

Do not work with this company.

First of all, I have been working with Nathan. Of course, he calls me multiple times a week to close a deal with him. We then receive our samples, which are sourced from Pakistan (not the United States), and incorrect. Incorrect print, and incorrect material.

Of course, he takes his time, not fixing this solution, and as a business this is frustrating. Instead of offering a solution, and fixing his mistakes with our order. We had to dispute our charge, as we did not want to proceed working with them further for this order.

We were promised a refund with written consent from Emenac Packaging, and they have completely ignored us via email. Over $2,000, we have no product, and no refund returned to us.

I recently placed an order for some custom design boxes. I worked with Chris, all I have to say is "Amazing Work" I loved my boxes and I know my clients will to . Thanks Chris!!!

Emenac Packaging has great rates and the quality of their work was excellent. The shipping of the boxes I ordered were delivered quickly and we were really happy with the end product!

Highly recommend Emenac Packaging.

I cast a wide net in looking for companies to produce new packaging for a specialty food product, and ultimately found that Emenac offered the most competitive rates when it came to producing the relatively small quantities of packaging I needed. Not only that, but their rates are very simple. Unlike many packaging companies, they do not have up-front plate or die fees, and shipping and even design help (if you need it) is included in the quoted cost. Given their reasonable pricing and the flexibility afforded by their no-die/plate process, I decided to place a small initial order of 1000 units. (FYI, most packaging companies won't even offer a run this small, especially without setup fees).

The initial order exceeded my expectations in every regard, including quality. One plus with Emenac is that they tell you how long the order will take to produce at time of quote. I was quoted 7-9 business days to produce and ship, but actually received my order in 8 business days, which is fantastic. Upon opening the box I found that one item was below quantity and emailed my contact Ethan Shaw. To my surprise, he was already aware of the issue and assured me that the additional units would arrive the following business day, which they did, and via express mail at that.

Based on the success of the first order, I placed a second order, which also went smoothly and met or exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. This time, there was an accidental production overrun and Emenac offered me the extras at a substantially reduced rate to avoid wasting them, which must be applauded.

I have now placed a third order and plan to continue using Emenac for future packaging needs. Now that I have verified the quality of their products, what keeps me coming back is the fast, accurate email communication from my sales contact Ethan Shaw. Thanks to his help, it takes almost no time to take a project from conception to press--really the only delays are the time it takes me to complete the designs.

In sum: highly recommended so far, and wish I had found them sooner--packaging is always a challenge for small producers, and it's a relief to find a company who can serve us well.
