Don't do it! Didn't have shoes in stock and refused to refund after I purchased.
Terrible business.

I ordered running shoes from them and several days later they provided a Fedex tracking number but they never gave the product to Fedex. I emailed several times over a 17 day period and they kept lying and saying the "carrier" had the product, but obviously, they did not. Tracking showed the package had not been received. I requested a refund twice and they did not comply. I finally disputed through Paypal and my money was refunded. I would avoid this company, especially for things like running shoes that can be purchased elsewhere.

I purchased Adidas shoes from Emerald Blossoms in August. The item arrived damaged, and although they approved the return (after two weeks emailing), I’ve been waiting over three weeks (so far) for a refund with no response or update. Very disappointing customer service, with false info about returns/refunds on their website.

Don’t use this site. Absolutely appalling, placed an order back in August , emailed all through August/September 10 times in total..no reply. Eventually got a tracking number , followed item all around China apparently, it got to Shanghai and today no longer able to track it , or check on their site as it’s no longer available 🤬SCAM SITE . How they are allowed to call themselves ….. London

Placed an order on 25/08. Still not arrived. Emailed a number of times with no response.
Managed to use 'track your order' on their website about 10 days ago and, apparently my order has been shipped. 'Track your order' no longer works on the website and goods still not arrived 7 weeks after ordering. They were quick enough to take the money!

Received my order after a long wait wanted to return part of the order for a refund. Trying to contact them by email 4 times now and just get ignored stay clear of this company not worth the hassle.

What a scam. Should have known better they were masquerading as Sports Direct and selling Scechers (there was probably a miss spelling that I did not notice). Ordered on the 8th August from what I thought was UK stock and received a tracking number on 9th.
Tried to track two weeks after and the number was not recognised. Emailed them and eventually got told they were on the way, when it was obvious they were not being sent from UK. Arrived today an my wife was disappointed in them. I have asked for details of returning for full credit and await a reply.
Probably end up taking them to a charity shop, and hope they can get a pound or two.

Only one star because I can’t give none, this is a scam company set up in China. No order received after ordering over a month ago trying to get refund from PayPal

Ordered sandals 9th August. Assumed we’re coming from UK. Email asking for delivery estimate went unanswered. Didn’t arrive so retrospectively checked here & panicked! Paid with PayPal so opened a complaint. Was assured by Emerald they were not scammers. Eventually arrived today. Definitely not Skechers but quality is very good. Have apologised to them 🙈

Avoid buying from this company no replies to emails and still no shoes absolutely awful service would have been better off ordering from Temu!!

I ordered orthopeadic Reiker flip flops on 8th August from what was advertised as a UK company. I had to download a 'shop' app to enable me to track the order which showed as being sent from China. I quickly realised I had been scammed and parted with £24.95 on my credit card. I checked the Reiker website and was unable to find the same sandals on their site, so I guess what I ordered were fake. I kept checking the tracker and a couple of days ago it popped up as delivered that day! I have never received the sandals. I emailed a few days earlier asking when I will receive delivery - no response. I emailed again on the day that their tracker stated 'delivered' but still no reply. I cannot find a telephone number for this so called British company either. Now got to raise a claim through my credit card company.

I ordered a pair of sandals from this company on 5th August. I didn't receive any order confirmation. I emailed them after 12 day and was told to check the status with my tracking number and it can take 14 days, still nothing after almost a month. I have requested a tracking number and still nothing! I did order through PayPal, so I am hoping I can report it through them and get my money back.

I’m sorry I didn’t check this site before I ordered my sandals. They were ordered two weeks ago and have, according to their tracking system been waiting for the courier to come and collect them (still not collected)!
Numerous emails have been sent without any response from them. I am disgusted.

I ordered a pair of Reiker orthopaedic sandals on 4 th August 2024 believing the company were in London. Arrived today from China, most def not Reiker. Only marked " made in China." At least they are the right size and have both a right and left sandal.. Looks like a total scam.

Nothing has arrived. No email response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update! After a complaint through PayPal I then received the sandals. The advert made it sound as if they were Skechers, which they aren't. They are uncomfortable. Let's see if I get a refund.

Non existent customer service. Several emails ignored!
I have the goods but wrong size. Want to return but unable to. Absolutely pissed off! I’m a pensioner and £30 to me is a lot of money.
I’m reporting them to trading standards.

Ordered sandals online after Google advert. Taken money but no goods have been received. Emails are not answered just keep being returned. Please DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. Also GOOGLE CHECK RETAILERS PLEASE.

Sandals took 3 weeks to arrive - from China!
Also described as Skechers ….. never seen Skechers. The goods finally arrived yesterday … and they are two left shoes!
Totally ignoring my emails, and now I see that their Facebook page has also disappeared, along with my money I guess!
Do not go near this company.

SCAMMED!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...Ordered sandals beginning of 6th August 2024 and still says on way 7th August emailed to see if I have been scammed and they say its on its way.. mother fekkers... SCAMMED! and now see that people say items are rubbish!!! also the link for delivery says they want my details as I owe them £1 for delivery...oh yeh mate go do one!!!
