Excellent service, I had a technical query on perfect fit shutters, which was answered promptly. They arrived well packaged and within the timescales. I am 78 yr old female and I installed them myself, I am fortunate in that I’m fairly nimble but I did expect to have to get help. I had ordered an opener shutter and a 3 panel shutter. The opener was no problem at all using the credit card as a guide, up in no time. The 3 panel took longer as I had to measure where to put the clips, but with patience and a few cuss words 😄. I did it. They look great in my kitchen so I’m going to get some for my bathroom. Would certainly recommend them.

Ordered and paid for 3 samples, thought cost would be deducted if we purchased. Ordered colour that was most suitable, but cost of only one sample deducted.
Blind itself is good, relatively easy to fix, although instructions for any minor adjustments only available online, and not the easiest to understand

Easy to order online with good explanation of how to accurately measure your windows. Follow up after order was great too. Delivery was within given timescales. Well packed order. Everything arrived safely. All fitted well and easily. We love the shutters.

Blinds look fantastic and were manufactured exactly to my measurements without any issues. Brilliant packaging meant everything turned up intact. Super easy to install as well. Highly recommended.

The Blinds were excellent quality and delivery was swift for made to measure roller blinds. The price was a fraction for the same material compared to other sites, where we also received samples and the material was identical. I read a review regarding the brackets so was a bit concerned but I need not have been, as they are excellent quality metal brackets with cosmetic covers. From my experience, I strongly recommend Emerald Blinds.

Clear instructions on measuring and fitting, good communication throughout, great quality products & timely delivery.

Shutters were scratched and not PVC/Faux timber, just PVC.
After complaining they were scratched they suggested I had done it.
Unfortunately this was only noticed after installation.

Hi, Sorry you are not happy regarding the scratch, all our shutters are quality controlled checked before they leave our factory, this would have been picked up before they were dispatched, How do I know you have not caused these scratches in anyway? Any problems found on our products need to be reported before fitting. If you were not happy with the quality i am not sure why you have fitted them.
Our shutters are called Faux because faux means an imitation of real wood, these are PVC yes you are correct, This clearly says this as below.

Since complaining they had sold me just PVC shutters and not in any part FAUX Wood they have changed there Web Site to read just PVC, but no apologies as yet.
Upped rating as they have at least changed there Web site.

Received my new Perfect Fit blind for the kitchen. The blind is excellent quality. Customer service was also excellent and they were more than happy to accommodate an update to my order to ensure it was perfect. Will definitely use this company again.

The blinds look great. Work well. Easy to fit. And half the price of a shop bought set, for the same thing. A good deal.

First time ordering from Emerald Blinds and very happy with everything. They have a huge range to choose from, a very easy to use Web site, good prices and very quick delivery. We ordered a no drill fit roller blind that took longer to unwrap than it did to put up. Very pleased.

I ordered a grip fit motorised roller blind and it was delivered within the time frame specified - 3 weeks. It was very well packed and protected. You do need to be very accurate with your measurements and measure exactly where you want to place the blind. I measured at the rim of the recess and it actually gets wider as it goes in towards the window, so I had a moment of panic where I thought the blind was a little too narrow to grip the walls properly. It can be adjusted, but only a couple of millimetres. After I had adjusted it to the maximum to make it wider it gripped the wall but I had to put it further forward from the window inside the recess than I would have liked. It was relatively straightforward to pair the blind to the remote control and it seems to work well so far.

Lovely product, easy to fit, will be ordering more in the future.
