Abby and her team at Emerald Lifts recently took over one of our blocks, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Working with Emerald Elevators is like a breath of fresh air - their customer service is second to none. All the staff are so polite and helpful, 24/7 and they will always pull out all the stops to service/repair any issues. The communication is excellent, never have to chase for service reports or quotes. I have worked with them for over 10 years, in various roles and could not recommend them highly enough.

Terrible customer service, left my lift unusable and never informed my management company, after numerous calls and messages left they still never came back to us and we had a service contract with them. Just received my mobile bill through and found out their 08450 number is chargeable, £9.35 for a 10.59 minute call that got me no answers. Took our business elsewhere and got our lift repaired immediately and for a much cheaper price.

Emerald Elevators always offer a very professional but personable service nothing is too much trouble for them! Abby is always on hand to offer help and advice whenever needed. I would highly recommend them! They are a really professional but friendly and very helpful team. 1st class service!
