Absolutly wonderful, I never have had a new guitar before and I`m starting with guitar playing in the age of 65 after a long Longcovid time out.
For street art music I´m watched for a fine guitar and my online teacher Justin Johnson gave the tipp about a x7 Emerald.
She arrives after a long journey during christmas days surely now and: It looks wonderful, it sounds wonderful and it`s so fine to play on this baby.Thanks to Emerald!

The whole process was great. The folks at Emerald kept me informed of the progress of my instrument. They took time to answer questions and they made a great video of my completed guitar. The virtuo is all I hoped it would be. Highly recommended!!! I will be looking to add an x10 or 20 in the future. Great company, awesome guitars!

This is my 16th emerald… I kinda like them

I bought a X20 guitar with the HyVibe system and I have it now for six months. Since I get this guitar I don’t play my other instruments anymore. The X20 is just so much more comfortable and I absolutely love the sound. I life in Senegal at the cost and sometimes we have hot and dry desert wind and later on the day a fresh sea breeze. The X20 stays perfectly in tune…this is amazing. The neck is a little bit bigger than on my other guitars, but now I am used to it and it’s fine.
Thanks to Alistair and the Emerald Team for reinventing the acoustic guitars and building this wonderful instrument!!!

Everything was perfect, besides that one article was missing in the delivery. There was a missing T-skirt that was ordered. I have given feedback on that and I am hopeful for a fast correction with a complementary delivery of the missing article. Without this mistake it would have been five stars instead of my rating of four stars

My obsession with Emerald Guitars started when I first saw and heard Kfir Ochaion's incredible cover of "Wicked Game" on YouTube, playing the Emerald X-20, then watching Friday shipping videos and exploring the incredible custom guitar design page there (though I decided on a Vibrant Blue, which I love).
Flash forward a few months when I inquired how I could play and hear one and learned of their Ambassador program. Their loyal Philly area ambassador Jim (who owns 6 Emeralds) brought an X-20, an X-30, and a Virtuo to my studio for a demo and listen. All three sounded and played incredibly, and I decided that my needs were best met by the X-30, so I found a completed one in my color and specs after a few emails back and forth with Caolan, and a special setup request that they accomodated perfectly.
It arrived in perfect tune and securely packed from Donegal18 days after my order.
The rich tone meets my full expectations, and the dual pickup setup with Graph Tech Ghost Piezo and K and K soundboard direct contact pickup allow me to dial in the tone "in my head" instantly and intuitively.
The overall experience is A+++++ and could not possibly have been better in any way, I ain't lyin'!
Now I am left with explaining to my wife why I needed another guitar! Of course I dream once she hears it, she'll say it was a brilliant decision, but, that, my friends, is only a dream!

A masterpiece of engineering, an absolute stunner, tons of sound options and fits like a custom made suit.

The guitar (a Virtuo) is glorious. Transatlantic shipping was painless, even at the holidays, and the Emerald staff are cheerful and responsive.

This is my third Emerald. I already had an custom build X30 and a custom build X7. This time I ordered a purple Amicus from stock. Shipping time was pretty fast. My new Amicus is flawless. So far I've encountered no problems. I have experience with 12 string guitars (I've owned a few different models over the years). I'm still experimenting with the Amicus; trying to find the best ways to utilize it. It plays great and has a truly unique sound. I think as I have some time with it, I'll only grow to like it more.
I'm running out of space for more new instruments, so I'm going to wait awhile, but somewhere down the line, I'll probably round things out with a custom build X20.

I decided to purchase an in stock X20 with the Ghost Pickup system. My preference was the Ghost and K&K. I figured I would install the K&K when it arrived. I was disappointed to find out that the guitar wasn’t prepped to install the K&K during the build. I never got a real answer why the K&K could not be installed.

Communication with Kevin was great. I received my beautiful guitar today and love the ease in which it plays.

I was a little hesitant to make my purchase, because I had never tried or heard the x30 jumbo guitar in person, but after enough research, I felt confident to go forward. I built my guitar through the 3d guitar builder. Everything turned out amazing! I have played a Taylor 410ce for 25 years and I feel that the x30 carbon fiber guitar is very similar in playability! I took the "default" route on all of the guitar specs and I'm really glad I did!

Black Friday sale guitar, packed and shipped the same day as ordered. It arrived in eight days using AnPost and USPS. Beautiful guitar, and we could not ask for more.

My new guitar exudes quality and, apart from a very slight detune on the G string, was perfectly in tune as soon as I took it out of the very nice moulded case that it comes in (those damn G strings).

I went for a fully customised Virtuo and from ordering to receiving it took 53 days, with three update notifications in-between (day 10, 43, and 51).

It was also featured in their weekly shipping video (after it had been delivered).

I, of course, chose courier delivery - I had no intension of trusting our local mail services; otherwise I might still be waiting for it in frustration.

It plays like a dream, is finished to perfection, and I have nothing negative to say.

Easy to order kept in contact all the way ! The x7 is great to look at hold and play !
