I spent a lot of time trying to get an…

I spent a lot of time trying to get an explanation of how a currency should be treated. My email was passed from person to person without any solution. Finally, after a week, the issue was resolved.

I believe there is very poor communication between your teams, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
