The on-site service was very good. Mike replaced my damaged tire, and I was able to continue my journey. I paid immediately by credit card. Unfortunately, however, I have now been waiting 10 weeks for the invoice I was promised. Consequently, I cannot report the damage to my insurance company and have to pay for it myself.

Mike was very helpful and able to get one of his team out to repair my tires. Callum arrived on time was very friendly and did a great job. Word highly recommend.

I called him as had lost my locking wheel nut but when he arrived it turns out the locking wheel nuts had been replaced with regular wheel nuts so his services were not required
I offered to pay for his call out but he very kindly declined

What a great customer experience! Having phoned quite a few emergency mobile tyre fitters, Callum was the first one that I immediately felt I could trust. He was straightforward and helpful and followed through with what he said he would do. I appreciated the call to keep me updated on his arrival time and he was lovely to deal with and efficient. Mr CALLUMN from emergency tyres saved my day, arrived on my location earlier than said duration, changed my tyre in no time, help me out to rejoin motorway in safe manner, polite and professional, in my view it was excellent service, definitely recommend others their service

We contacted Mike as we needed locking wheel nuts removed from our VW bus. Mike was confident it could be sorted, and was understanding when we said we wanted one more look for the key!! I contacted Mike the next day to book , and Callum arrived within 20mins. The nuts were off in 10. Whist Callum was there he also changed 4 tyres, 2 which were a bit of a pain! Callum was great, really friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use again. Thank you Mike and Callum.

When I found a flat tyre on a recent Saturday, Merityres in Leatherhead highly recommended Mike and after speaking to him on the phone for 5 mins it was all set up. He got to me promptly, fixed it and was professional, but also warm, friendly and customer focused. What a nice guy!!

We called Emergency Mike this afternoon as we had a puncture.
After calling, Mike arrived about half an hour later, he was friendly and it didn’t take him long to change the tyre. So pleased, thoroughly recommend.
