I have this air fryer for 3 years and…

I have this air fryer for 3 years and it's time to replace the pan in the cooking grill I have tried numerous times on Amazon to order but for some reason it's either too small or too large so today I said I would call Emerils air fryer 360 company and get it directly from the company the lady told me that it was out of warranty and out of stock so that leaves me with this Emerson Power air fryer 360 replacement parts NRC that they rating is a two star now I understand because I just left it a one-star so it set up that you cannot get the replacement items so you would throw it away and buy a new one buyer beware smiling faces is conceiving

I bought a French door dual air fryer

I bought a French door dual air fryer. It is terrible and no one answers the customer service phone. The power is constantly on and the fan inexplicably turns on days after use. One of the trays is too short and it isn’t stable enough to use.

I purchased a double oven and the…

I purchased a double oven and the temperature is not correct. When using both sides at the same time, you have one side that burns on the other side that is not cooked. This is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made and trying to deal with a return is hopeless.

If I could put less than one star on…

If I could put less than one star on the site I would. I ordered two blender and beyond’s a around a year ago and neither of them worked. I left it sitting there because my son was out of country and he had ordered it for me and had all the information. Then, when I call in they say it has passed the manufactures warranty and the product has been DISCONTINUED. And guess why it was discontinued? The device doesn’t even charge. Which is the reason why i was calling in and then to find out that the device is the issue. Then they tell me my only form of resolution is to buy another charging station which she can’t even guarantee me a 100% will work because GUESS WHAT, the charging station is the problem!!!! Unbelievably bad customer service from them when I used to watch their show every day as I was growing up and dreamed of buying different items im just completely baffled at the lack of response and of a recall when they know what is wrong with their device.

Best appliance I ever owned and I am 71 and cooked and baked more than most

I use it everyday it is the best appliance to save time and doesn’t heat the kitchen. The folks who complain just don’t understand how to use it. I’ve cooked and baked everything in it. I’ve proofed bread baked cookies pies bread rolls broiled steaks hard cooked eggs and grilled everything. There is nothing you can’t do in it

I ordered the Dual zone and was shipped…

I ordered the Dual zone and was shipped the 360. Customer service was very little help. They acted like they were doing me a favor by sending me a label so I could return the product they sent me in error. Then after they receive this one back in 7-10 days and process it I was told that I would be sent the correct one, with delivery in 7-10 days. I was told that they could not expedite shipping per policy. There was nothing they could do even though they sent the wrong product. I was also told by another person that once it was received I could get a refund and start all over with the order. All I asked for was faster shipping on the product I actually ordered once they received this one. It was a solid no.

DO NOT BUY HIS PRODUCTS!!!

I was given a 360 Air Fryer as a gift. When using the oven on the preset cycles it will go into pre-heat and after a little bit it switches to the pause cycle. I've
called the company and the best they can do is give me 15% of the purchase of a new one! I've had it for a year and because it was a gift I didn't have the purchase order so I'm left with a piece of junk! Don't buy this worthless Air Fryer because the company just wants your money and wont stand behind their products!!!!!

The Emeril Lagasse French Door Air…

The Emeril Lagasse French Door Air Fryer 360 is hands down the best one I ever purchased. It wipes clean with a wet paper towel (just water) and makes the best salmon and steak. Go with lower fat steak, be smart, as too many oils released can cause smoke. You can adjust the time and temperature on your cooking. If you have frozen breaded food, then cook it at a lower temperature for longer and turn it up at the end. If people have issues with this air fryer, it's because they do not know how to cook and expect a miracle after pushing a button. If your food is dry or burned, adjust temperature and added oil drops. I have had nothing but pure joy, using this air fryer. I hate to say it, but if it's not working out for you then put some time into researching temperatures and adjust them as you go. Best air fryer ever!

Customers buy and you take parts away

I have the 8 quart Pressure airfrey duet and i use it almost every day. But, becasue they don't have the product any more, they don't sell parts (inner pots) I also have the Power Airfryer and cannot get parts. They seem to switch products every two years and expect you top buy new instead of replacing parts you need for what you alreay bought. Ebay wants $80 and I can go buy a new pressure cooker for that price.

The forever pans aren't forever that is…

The forever pans aren't forever that is a slogan taken from the commercial ad which encouraged me to purchase these pans to replace my old ones I noticed a few months later after purchasing them in 2021 the non-stick coating began coming off

Call customer service they did a replacement for a 10-in pan which cost me $19.99 for shipping and handling I felt this should have been shipped at no cost.

So after purchasing the forever pens and 2021 to the best of my knowledge that was the date I received them or the year I'm just now writing a review because I feel like the claims made weren't justified as to the amount of time they should last.
On a positive note the air fryer 360 is a very good unit I've had it for years it works perfectly even still today this is not a review about the 360 airfryer unit but I just wanted to put that out there because I'm going to have this review sent to Chef Emeril Lagassi I still enjoy your cooking show,you should look into the claims of the forever pans unless I just got a bad set

Thank you for reading these opinions in terms are correct to the best of my knowledge there is no intention of knocking or doing anything negative to this company it's just that the claims made in the commercial ads I feel do not match those once the consumer receives the product.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! The item is NOT as advertised. The capacity it claims to cook is a lie. The company states it can cook a 14lb. Chicken. Well it wouldn't even fit a 5lb. chicken. Tried to use rotisserie and the bird was already touching the top and the bottom of the machine when we put it in so there was NO WAY it would have been able to rotate. Additionally, you get free shipping and 90 day money back guarantee and no questions asked, yet then they turn around and make you pay for the return shipping. That is a scam in and of itself. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HUNK OF JUNK. Pissed consumer.

I have not had an issue actually with the way it cooks. My issue is the accessories. They are so cheaply made you could use a piece of aluminum foil and that would work. If you go to their site, if you go to their website, each accessory goes for $19.99. I know it’s not gonna break me financially. I just hate to order the cheaply made accessories. And I do mean cheaply. I had such expectations with the 360° French door oven.

Well the baking pans turn into a ball of rust in few months and when try to warranty them they want me to pay shipping after buying an additional 6 year warranty it’s junk for the price I have cheaper ovens with better quality and customer satisfaction

Not happy

This could have been a good oven. The knobs to control the 2 sides gets sooo hot you practically burn your hands. The fan kicks in whenever it feels like it when not in use. The ding for the timer also dings when not in use. There should be a power off button so I don’t have to unplug it.

ps. sent email to the address provided with the shipment, 3x, never got a response.

I bought one exactly 1 year 17 it quit working called them they said that there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty by 17 days I was so mad I am on a fixed income raising 2 grandchildren and no child support from no parent a 163.99 is alot if money when your on a fixed income I have asked to speak to a supervisor I left a message several times and no return call not very good customer service if you ask me so I will never buy another one from them and there product must not be very good if they can't help you after just 17 days so so sad

The worst item I ever purchased

The worst item I ever purchased. The funny thing is I had miss placed my shipping receipt and I sent this thing back on June 10. I kept calling the latter part of June they kept telling me no they have not received it without a tracking number. It wouldn’t be much they could do but they had my phone number. They had everything but tells me to tell me that they never received it. I called today, July 5. I did not let them know that I found my receipt. I asked them if they had received it. The man told me no we have not and I said OK I said the funny thing about this is I did find my receipt is it to change really fast needless to say I give him the tracking number and the damn thing is been there since the 17th of last month June but they never received it. They immediately refunded my three payments they have taken out, I wouldn’t trust his company for anything. I guess that’s why he says bam Bam Bam. He’s giving it to you.
