I had the best experience with Emerson, I am in Qatar, but by chance my father is in the UAE & I forgot he is in the UAE🤣, so I changed the address of the delivery to my father hotel address & unfortunately it was a Sunday which is a off day in the UAE, so the owner did an exception to deliver it to me!!!!!! What a lovely owner❤️❤️ I am glad my father received my items today. The packaging looks so cool as well. The service is definitely 10000000000/10. Thank you again you made my day :)

The response time to emails can be better. Waiting a day or 2 for a response can be discouraging. Also, I've also noticed that it takes an extra day or 2 for orders to be delivered. My first few orders were delivered a day after I placed my order. Now I get notification of delivery 2 or 3 days after I've placed my order. I'm not sure what's changed from your end, but it does low key disrupt some plans.
