Covered up accident damage
Bought a vehicle from them, had it inspected by a local garage to find been in a major accident and passenger rear chassis was bent. Forced them to return it then they have it on sale before even giving me a refund to the next poor victim reg hv23 wze bmw i4. Buy it at your own risk!

My faith in people and real professionals doing their job, has been restored after visiting and buying a car from the Haverhill branch. They did everything possible for us with a smile on their face even tho we kept them 1 hour after their closing times! Big shout out to Nicky Gregory and to her colleague( sorry i didn't get her name) for the way they handled our case! I couldn't recommend enough this place!

Fantastic personalized service
Although I didn't end up buying a car from there - it was only because something else came up at the right time somewhere else.
I have never felt so looked after in my search for a car - personalized video's by the quite Excellent Matthew, and some very helpful phone chats over cars coming in. It has restored my faith in the process of buying a used car - especially after my last one.
I live over 90 miles away in London - and even so for my next car search I will not hesistate for a moment to start my search with them again.

An amazing experience at EMG we live in Bristol 146 miles away however EMG are the only dealership we would ever buy a car from this is our second car that we have brought from them in less than two years they make you feel so special every time we visit Tim was amazing and all of the people are just fantastic. Car purchase from EMG South Cambridge
We bought a car from EMG South Cambridge last month - it's the second car we've bought from there and we would do it again. Bradley was patient with us, and gave us plenty of time and two test drives. Unfortunately the accessories that were included as part of the deal didn't arrive in time for picking up the car and I didn't know that until I got there. It wasn't a problem and they are now fitted.

EMG Kia Thetford were great. I recently purchased a vehicle through Eric Chung who made the whole process easy and seamless. He evaluated our old car, my wife and I were able to test drive the new vehicle and talked us through the different features. Big thanks to James at EMG Duxford! He kept us updated throughout, never applied any pressure, and genuinely didn’t feel like a typical car salesman. The personalised videos were a brilliant touch too, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful service
We arrived to view a car without an appointment. Although busy, the sales team were super helpful and Harry listened to what we were looking for before suggesting a suitable vehicle. He arranged a test drive and took us thorough all our options.
The whole team were professional, not pushy at all, and we returned the following day to purchase the car.
A much better service than a few of the other garages that we had visited - I'd definitely recommend EMG

Welcoming and relaxed approach to customers but informative without being pushy. Especially when I just turned up without an appointment initially, Michael was very helpful with his time and knowledge. And later when I returned to buy having done my research, Hamza was excellent and easy going but helpful. I'm very happy with my car. I didn't want a pushy sales person and I didn't get that, which I appreciated and it's why I came back to buy from EMG Ely. I feel I'll get a good service from them locally which matters to me.
