I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been paying for their dental insurance since Oct. 2021. They refused to cover a bill for $900 for an emergency crown I had done in June 2022 claiming they have a 12-month waiting period on major surgeries on their plan offered through the HealthCare.gov marketplace. The only reason any insurance company would have a 12-month waiting period is because they know how often companies change insurance providers and they bet on not being your provider for long. It's their way of weaseling out of paying for anything too expensive. They are a company of liars and thieves.
