- I culd not pay whit Klarna as you sad

- per quanto riguarda Klarna, non dipende da noi, se il provider di pagamento ha dei malfunzionamenti temporanei in alcuni stati. Noi quotidianamente riceviamo pagamento da Klarma in tutta Europa.
- Per quanto riguarda il peso di un formaggio sicuramente è stato compensato con un altro prodotto di peso maggiore rispetto all'ordinato oppure con prodotti in omaggio. I pezzi di formaggi sono tagliati a mano ed è impossibile che vengano perfetti del peso indicato, per questo compensiamo sempre con o prodotti omaggio o con altri prodotti ordinati di maggiore peso. Rimaniamo a disposizione, cordiali saluti
