In my experience, Emil consistently sought out new “investment opportunities” through his clients, pressing for deals that ultimately served his own interests rather than theirs. Over the years, he encouraged me to invest, presenting it as safe and reliable, only for the money to disappear under his control.

I have also observed Emil frequently involved in various deals around Calgary, always presenting himself as a trusted accountant while, in reality, those arrangements only seemed to put clients at risk.

Looking back, I see a clear pattern: Emil is always searching for more people to trust him with their money — and those people often end up regretting it.

I share this review not out of bitterness, but as a warning. Be extremely cautious before entering into any financial arrangement with him.

Be cautious about Emil Rem. Although he presents himself as a successful mentor and financial expert, he has a documented history of professional misconduct in Canadian court. He acted as an accountant and fiduciary for companies, received loans of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and never accounted for the money.

Instead of legally responding, he failed to defend himself, was judged by default, and now avoids any judicial responsibility — all recorded in a public legal case. Yet, he continues to promote his image as a financial authority.

The documents exist. The debts are real. The court has already ruled.

Watch out: sometimes behind a facade of prosperity, there is only silence, failures, debt, and avoidance.

A close family member’s experience with EmilRem.ca was disappointing due to a serious breach of fiduciary duty and lack of transparency in important financial matters. Despite efforts to resolve the issue amicably, accountability was not forthcoming, which led to a default judgment in their favor by the Court of King’s Bench in Alberta.

This review is shared to encourage others to exercise caution and perform thorough due diligence before entering any financial agreements. Trust must be earned through consistent and ethical behavior, not just appearances.
