Do not order from this company! I ordered a graduation dress for my daughter for her 8th grade gradualtion. The order said it was express shipping but took two weeks to arrive. When she tried on the xs dress, it was too big and way too short for her. When I contacted the company to get a refund, they said I'd have to ship it back to China myself and pay for the cost of shipping. It would coast at least $20 to ship it back to China, if not more. Their other solution was that they could give me a 10% partial refund, which means I'd get about $5 back, and I'd still be stuck with a terrible fitting dress. Save your money and don't buy from this company. Poor fitting clothing and terrible customer service...

Horrible! Do not buy from this company! I purchased a dress for graduation. I saw they give 100% refund so felt comfortable making purchase and saw had company out of California too. Dress came in but it is so short! Looks nothing like the dress online. Company offered to replace with different size for "additional $15.00" for shipping but sizing is not the problem as it is not long enough. They then offered me 10% and I keep dress. Dress was $54.95. Are you kidding me! They then tell me I have to pay for shipping back to China! They then offered 15%, 25% and now 30% back. They want to give me $16.49 back?! CRAZY!

Avoid like the plague. Its a complete scam. Chinese based scammers posing as UK based firms using AI generated images. Clothes look great but are AI generated and what you receive is poor quality, cheap, nothing like the quality they pupport to sell. The returns have to be sent to China at your expense. I wasnt going to risk further cash that way.

I have been writing to this company since January 18, 2026. I have never received shoes I paid for and ordered before Christmas. They will not refund or send the product. Do not do business with them. I’m on a fixed income and can’t afford to subsidize these crooks. I don’t suspect you can either.

The modern design and the major high feel of the material I was given really impress me. The support staff are excellent and genuinely seem to care about the customers. Additionally, nothing was damaged during the trip because the box was very sturdy and the shipping was extremely quick.

Stay away! It sounds like a cute little boutique, but it's in China. I returned an order and never got refunded. I have followed up multiple times and always get the same response...we're waiting on the item to arrive. Return was sent on 11/17 (at my own expense) and 3 months later, no refund. A real scam. I returned the item because the quality of fabric was hideous.

I was browsing and found this sweet little boutique store with beautiful dresses! I added one in my cart and gave me 10% Off if I added another dress. This was really nice.

After the purchase, I immediately got a tracking number to follow my order.

The dresses was absolutely stunning + I‘ve received compliments and made my day!

This product was suppost to be a stained glass light. It is plastic the size of my hand and a total piece of crap. I feel totally scared. Never buy from these people. They are a total scam.

I would echo what was said by others….the received clothes are very cheap knock-offs in tee shirt material, not what is portrayed in the images on their website…..it was a total waste of money

Horrible. What they advertise and what they give you are completely different. What they send you is the cheap, bootlegged version; the design, fabric, quality, and thickness are all different. When I asked for a refund, I was only given a partial discount back. See photos. Do not waste your money. This is a scam.

I saw this great hooded jacket advertised on FB. I knew to be careful, so I looked at reviews for Emily Grace and they were good. But what I received was probably not from Emily an dGrace because it was a piece of crap, not even close to what was advertised. Why doesn't our government crack down on this type of ripoff?!! Additionally, the product took over 6 weeks to get here.

Horrible experience! I thought that I purchased the SWEATER in the photo but was sent a CHEAP TSHIRT! BUYERS BEWARE!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the Samira luxury cardigan. What I received was not quality portrayed. And the size, although labeled Medium was closer to small. Want to return for larger size but noticed although they offer exchanges there is no address listed to return it.
I got noticed it was shipped on Oct. 31 and received it on November 26. Clearly shipped from overseas not the US. Site says items are made it US.
No sure if I should try to return for exchange or chalk it up to bad experience or ask American Express for refund.

What they pictured and what I received are totally in different. What I ordered was a heavy cloth multi-color gray fleeced lined jacket supposedly made in the states.
What I received was a very poorly made vinyl-like flannel lined jacket with labels with Chinese writing. I asked for a full refund and they kept offering anywhere from 15 to 50% refund. They did not respond when I asked for their address.

The item received was not as pictured. Instead of grey sherpa lining, it was made of a polyester cloth with a white flannel-like material fused to it as a lining. It was thin and cheaply made. Although I saw the item reviewed, there was no way to leave a review on their website.

This is a fraudulent e-commerce company with a parent company. modiva it is a complete and total fraud. they advertise beautiful clothes and then send you cheap nylon pieces of garbage from China with a 14-day return policy that must be in China within 14 days at your expense of $30 plus dollars total scam. the website is fake. they do not have a boutique in South Carolina that is also fake
