Shipping takes a lot longer than the website advised as the shoes come from China. Expensive price for a cheap, nasty smelling shoe that isn't even delivered in a box. I feel I have been duped by a very professional looking website that is a front for Chinese cheap products. Beware of this site and be careful in what you think you are ordering.
Worst internet shop ever!
The shoes never have arrived (even after several weeks) and the customer service is absolutely incompetent, if not to say fraudulent.
They refuse to give any tracking information for the parcel or to reimburse payment.
In case the shoes would ever arrive, they refer to shipping the shoes back to China (!!!) at your own expense (20€ at least) prior to any reimbursement.
Stay away from this scam internet shop!!!
Really bad customer service.I've sent at least 3 emails about an order that never arrived. I learned this morning from the delivery company they misplaced the item so I got in touch with them again but still no luck...
Canceling the order was not possible 20 min after the order was placed. It was already on the way from china they said. Dropshipping par excellence. Returning to china, which costs more than the item. Nightmare.
The shoes were too big for me, although I always wear a size 40. Also, the shoes smell very strongly of rubber. Not a nice effect when you get yourself such a natural image on your Internet page. When I wanted to send them back, I was told to send them to China at my own expense (on your Website in German: Leichte Rücksendung...). Emily&Edwards state in their terms and conditions that the return should be at your own expense, but nowhere does it say that they have to be sent back to China. A Dutch company that itself ships from Germany (see label). This is an impertinence for the customers. I will certainly never order from Emily&Edwards again and would not advise anyone else to do so.
It took very long (2 months) until the order arrived.
