I visited your branch in Brighton on Friday. I absolutely did not expect such professionalism from your salesperson, she was great. She helped me with everything, she took exclusive care not only of me but of all the customers. She helped me choose exactly what I wanted. My son’s fingerprint was a bit of a struggle but she coped like a true professional. I want to thank you very much not only for the great product but also for the wonderful shopping experience.

Brighton Pop Up
Today I went to the Brighton pop up shop. I went for the reason of making a memorial finger print charm. You advertise it as a bespoke caring business! All I can say is it was far from that. There was one member of staff who only just managed to raise her head up and just pointed where the jewellery was no coming over with me no time taken. The jewellery was the cheapest quality I have ever seen considering the price.
I was really upset as this was supposed to be something special & personal for me and I left empty handed & disgusted!
If I could have given you a no star review I would have!

We accept both walk‑ins and appointments, but we always recommend booking an appointment to avoid waiting, as we must finish each customer’s order with care. When you arrived, our colleague was completing an engraved piece for another customer — these items require a lot of precision, patience and attention, so she wasn’t able to stop the machine immediately. We apologise if this made the interaction feel rushed.
Regarding the jewellery options, I’m also sorry that what we offer didn’t match what you were looking for. We have necklace options (chain and pendant included) starting from £25 for gold‑plated or silver‑plated, £82 for solid sterling silver, and £120 for 14k gold‑filled. All our metals come from UK suppliers and are high‑quality. The engraving is always completely free. All prices, metals and details are clearly displayed in our shop and on our website.
We’ve been engraving fingerprints for over five years and have never had an issue — we use one of the best techniques in the world, diamond engraving, to ensure the highest level of detail and quality.
We truly appreciate every customer, and we’re very sorry that your visit didn’t reflect the level of care we aim to provide.
