Hiding expiration dates! Unsafe and unacceptable!
I purchased organic cosmetics from this brand online in Wallmart, but there are no production or expiration dates on the packaging. I called their customer service hotline to find out if the products are still safe to use, and they flat-out refused to tell me when they expire. Also customer service told me Wallmart isn't the right place to purchase their product (!)
Organic skincare goes bad quickly without strong preservatives. Hiding this basic safety information from consumers is a huge red flag for me. Avoid this brand until they decide to be transparent.
