Bad experience with Hotel Hilton the Palm Jumeirah booked by Emirates Holidays in DK. I had booked this hotel for my family and me regarding my wifes 70 years birthday. When we arrived we waited 40 min, for the keys of our rooms and in the end they gave us the wrong rooms with a view to a construction site! I claimed and told them that we had booked and payed for a sea view, they apologize and we would get the correct rooms the next day in the morning. Next day we waited until 14,30 pm to get the correct rooms that we booked. To conpensate they would give us drinks free of charge in our dinner time. In the 7 nights we spend in the Hotel the keys of our rooms did not work properly as I myself had to change keys 8 times during my stay. Every day we had to ask for an extra bath towel and a facial towel as the people who made the room thought their was only one person in that room, although we had explain them several days that we were 2 grown ups.!!! We should have 2 bottles of water every day but we only got one, so every day we had to phone the room service and explain that we were 2 in the room. I Expect a compensation but havent heard from them yet.!!!
