Very poor experience.

I purchased 3 perfumes from Emirates Oud and all of them have extremely weak performance. The projection is almost non-existent and the scent fades very quickly. This is not what I expected at all.

I contacted customer service to request a return. One of the perfumes had not been used at all (only opened, not sprayed), yet they still refused to accept a return, strictly hiding behind their policy.

This means customers cannot properly test products without losing their money, even when the items do not perform as expected.

I feel completely let down by both the product quality and the lack of flexibility in customer service. I would not recommend buying from here if you expect decent performance or fair after-sales support.

I've always had a good experience with Emirates Oud and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Professional service, and guaranteed authenticity, you can be sure you're buying the genuine articles here. One of my favourite online retailers!

My teenage son found beautiful perfume at London but the price was too expensive for him. I found a website said this company produces very high quality and similar. I bought it for him. The bottle is very similar or nicer. My son is now so pleased and wears it everyday. I also bought some for daughter. She loves it. Actually her friend already has same and she always wanted.
