First time Ordering from them, Rasasi Hawas Verde, since I could only find it on there, and it was a great experience. Order arrived faster than expected and in perfect condition. Because of that I have just ordered Rasasi Hawas Chrome from them. I'm hoping it is the same experience again. Verde smells great, just wish it lasted a tad bit longer

3 times a Charm!
I have ordered from EO 3 times now. they are reliable in regards to their delivery service. They have a wide range of fragrances to choose from, at a competitive price and the website is easy to navigate.
The only downside is that they do run out of popular fragrances quite frequently, but not usually for too long.

I've bought several fragrances for Emirates Oud now and they've been superb. The service is quick and very efficient. The website is easy to negotiate and delivery happens with a few working days. If there are any delays, you're kept updated with texts and emails. Its why I keep going back. They're brilliant.

I've been a repeat customer and my shopping experience has been great so far. Can say I'm a fan of Emirates Oud. For one of my purchases, the item was out of stock so my delivery was unsurprisingly delayed. I got in contact with customer service and and was able to exchange for a different product. The excess was refunded back to my account. All purchases since have been great. Will definitely be a customer in future.
