We had our boiler installed by Mike Jones at Emit Heat and couldn’t be happier with the service. He was incredibly quick and efficient, making sure we had a fully functioning system up and running in no time.

Mike is a genuinely polite and friendly guy, and his professionalism really stood out. He took the time to ensure we got the right boiler for our needs—not just the most expensive option—which we really appreciated.

The quality of his workmanship was excellent. He replaced pipework properly, fixed a radiator at no extra cost, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. He also went above and beyond by recommending other reliable tradespeople for additional work we needed.

We had to reroute some plumbing which we thought was a nightmare to solve. We had put it off for months. Mike came up with a plan, which he explained clearly and worked perfectly. We didn’t have to wait long and his quote was very reasonable considering the work involved. There was minimal disruption and Mike left everything clean and tidy.

Mike is exceptional!
He transformed the efficiency of our central heating system and also installed a water conditioner unit on our mains supply.

He came out (on time) on a Saturday between Christmas and New Year to fix a leak caused by a faulty valve in the header tank in our loft.
