I ordered a Go Pro here on June 27th, but it never arrived, and now I understand that I have come across scammers and lost my money, I don't know what to do, who to contact

This company is fake and they are scammers. Any good reviews you see are also fake. Track and trace you may receive will be fake and will go nowhere.

I ordered Apple Air Pods it never arrived. They are scammers, phone number on their website doesnt work. I will also report them to the police. It has been hanging on DHL since July 1st, I ordered it on June 25th!

I also got scammed. Be cautious—this company isn't trustworthy. My order never came, and after reading other comments, I share the same experience as many others.

I cant believe i fell for it, i did check Trust pilot but somehow i missed all the warnings, i think i was directed to page 6 where there where good reviews only the delivery time seemed to be a bit long which was not such an issue for me.

After the above research i descided to place my order 27Jun 2025 and recived a fake DHL track n trace as well.

I requested google to remove this site from their search results.

I am also a victim of these fraudsters.
Last Wednesday, I received an e-mail from them (as far as I understand, they sent this letter to everyone who is registered on their website). They "apologised" for not being able to refund the money immediately but promised to do so within 14 days.
But the main message of the email was this:
"Van onze kant vragen we je om je klacht bij politie in te trekken en opnieuw een aanvraag in te dienen als we je bestelling niet binnen de wettelijke termijn van 14 dagen terugbetalen".
This explicitly means that the fraudsters' main fear is a police investigation; this is what they fear most.
I have sent a report (aangifte) to the Police.
So, keep reporting!

Scammers! JBL charge 6 ordered and never arrived! I've received a fake track& trace number! Phone number is not available and there is no response to mail. Don't order anything here!!!

I have been scammed. Bought a laptop for 831 euros with them (money I have been saving for months, since I am a student), and it all seemed okay, until, atfer they sent me the track and trace code, I could not find any packages with DHL. Even talked to DHL, but they confirmed: the code does not exist.
I tried calling them, but they won't answer the calls or reply the emails.
There is no product being delivered, and I feel stupid that I fell for this. Do not buy it here. I truly hope I will have my money back.

Bought airpods pro 2 from them. They delivered them to another address, and I can’t reach emko support team. Their phone doesn’t work and always hangs up, and i massaged them through email 3 day ago, and they still have not answered. I think i just got scammed or something. I don’t recommend this shop, just pay more and you will not have troubles like me

15 days waiting for any information about my order, while in their webpage is saying delivery time 5-7 days

Worst product confirmation email, not even a link to track the order or anything. 1 week later I followed up via email and that’s when I received a reply that they were not able to ship the order therefore they cancel it and give me a refund. I knew that the price was too good to actually be true…
