I ordered a mattress from Emma on December 26th, and here I am weeks later with nothing to show for it except frustration. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered.
• Delivery Disaster: The mattress I paid for hasn’t arrived.
• Customer Service Lies: I was promised a follow-up within 48 hours—never happened. I’ve emailed multiple times, and they’ve completely ignored me.
• Phone Nightmare: Calling customer service is a joke. Wait times are over 3 hours, only to be disconnected without speaking to anyone.

To add insult to injury, they sent me the pillows I ordered, but the mattress? Nowhere to be found.

This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would!

A bad customer support experience has made we question this company. After waiting on hold for 4 hours when I called Emma Canadian Support's phone number, I was automatically disconnected without speaking to anyone to assist me with a change to my order.

I have sent multiple emails to their support email address. Emma Sleep's emails contain links that redirect you to a Emma Sleep Columbia support site in Spanish! Some of their other links redirect you to Emma Sleep UK.

I have also tried the chat multiple times and it's frustrating that this this also does not work. As a computer consultant this worries me a lot that they do not have their act together when it comes to their technology and their automated replies.

This does not leave a good taste in my mouth about this purchase or this company. I had originally tried to contact support to actually upgrade to a bundle package and pay this company more money. Now I'm doing everything I can to cancel this order before it is fulfilled.

I would have to say that I should have checked TrustPilot first before my purchase. Lesson learned...

I'm not getting a hold of anyone through chat, phone or email. I just ordered a mattress bundle and have yet to receive an update about estimated arrival. I just moved into my new house and it would be great to know I'll have a bed to sleep on.

Ordered a mattress Dec 22 and it still hasn't been shipped. No updates to tracking. I have tried to contact Emma for an update but receive no response. I have tried contacting them through email, chat and by phone. I have no idea where my mattress is. I recommend buying from someone who is more reliable and cares about their customers.

We purchased an Emma mattress and we’re not happy with it at all. It’s totally sunken in the middle. We’ve been trying to return and the process is difficult. They want to do a wire transfer which requires banking account info that our bank has concerns about us giving them. We asked for a cheque or E-transfer which would be safer but they still want account info. Not happy

Emma and I are in the early stages of a beautiful relationship. We have only been sleeping together for about 6 weeks but it has been terrific on her part and I haven't asked her how she feels because I weigh in close to 220lbs. Of course she has never had a problem with a threesome as my wife is about half my weight.
Now, that being said I did have to purchase from a 3rd party company a Bamboo quilted sheet to lay across her as I felt she was a little stiff in the early going. My King size Emma is rated a 6 on the firmness scale but I felt she was 7.5-8 and of course that could have been the breaking in stage.
In closing I won't be ending my relationship with her after 100 nights and I feel we are in for the long haul.
Purchasing something like Emma online was daunting to say the least. I compare it to buying dog food and pet owners can relate to that. I never researched harder than I did but the company was there at every turn to answer any queries I might have had.

Have had it for a month and half. Lower back pain gone after a blissful 8hrs of sleep I can get up and move around without pushing up on my knees. Good edge support. Great bounce 😉

The mattress met all my expectations. I worried about a firmness but after 2 month of quality sleep, I confirm it provides a good support, no issues with leveling my body. I had issues with other mattresses but Emma's mattress fixed it all.

Loved the feeling to lay down in such a comfy mattress and I am still loving it after a couple of months! I have been sleeping better since, even my kid liked it.
Not too rigid, not too soft, it is perfect for me.

Bought a queen premium mattress and it is an Excellent mattress and above all wonderful customer service. I had an issue and the problem was resolved quickly. I would just stick buying from Emma for the support they provide.

Mattress is comfortable to sleep but I do not like the edge. I am disabled so need to lean on the edge getting in and out. I tend to slip off easily. I regret not buying a traditional mattress.

Delivery was quick, recieved it within a week. The matress is very comfortable and does not sleep hot. Very satisfied

I ordered my mattress and discovered that I had put my office address for delivery instead of my home address. I emailed customer support and they were super responsive and made the change for me. They were helpful followed up and were professional and knowledgeable to work with! Thank you we love our new matress

This mattress is so comfortable. I feel no movement when my hubby rolls in bed.

The Emma mattress I purchased online was a bit too soft for my liking and caused some pain in my lower back area. It came with a 365 day trial guarantee, so after about a month of trying it I asked for an exchange to another firmer mattress. I was impressed that the replacement mattress arrived within days, and I am completely satisfied with it now. But the most amazing aspect of the whole exchange process was Emma’s customer service rep who wrote to me almost everyday to walk me through the whole process and ensure I receive the proper customer care needed. She deserves the highest compliment, and I absolutely recommend Emma to anyone interested in purchasing a hybrid mattress.
