Company delivered a mattress with stains and then refused to exchange. They claimed a 36-hr window for opening package and raising the query, which is not something they make you aware of when ordering the product or in their FAQ's.

Worst customer service ever, the customer service team keeps replying, our team is working on the issue and then closing the ticket, 3 times, they did this
UPDATE
Customer service came through and sent me a whole new pillow as replacement, so i guess that’s pretty good. My pillow had damage in one of the 3 inner foams, they sent a whole pillow instead of the damaged part, so that’s pretty generous
