Emma beds do not deserve any stars I have had appalling service from them. My estimations of this company has gone down with every review from 3 stars for failing to deliver all my order.two stars for not being able to get satisfactory customer support and service.one star for trying to tell me they were sending out a different duvet.which I duly cancelled and told them I did not want. Now no stars because they did not listen to me and sent a different duvet out to me from a different courier. Will never shop with this company again they cannot be trusted. Their customer service is as bad as B&Q no support for their customers.
